Mr.Shield Designed For HP Stream 7 Tablet Premium Clear Screen Protector [3-PACK] with Lifetime Replacement

I originally ordered a pack of the anti-glare screen protectors for my tablet. I'll confess that before ordering them I'd gone back and forth trying to decide between the anti-glare and the premium clear - having seen mentions in other reviews that the anti-glare made the screen look blurry, I decided on and thought I had ordered the premium clear. I obviously clicked the order button on the wrong product page, as when I opened my package I found the anti-glare. At that point, I didn't want to wait any longer to get a screen protector on the tablet - I figured that maybe the blurriness wouldn't be very noticeable, and decided to go ahead and use one of the anti-glare ones since I had them in hand.After installing the screen protector (which went very well, btw - I definitely recommend watching the installation video, took my time and had no problems at all) I found that the screen did indeed look noticeably blurry, more than I was willing to live with. So, I decided that the price I'd paid for the anti-glare screen protectors was worth it to keep my screen protected in the interim, and I immediately placed a new order for the premium clear screen protectors.Fast forward to yesterday - the new package arrived, and I removed the anti-glare screen protector and applied a premium clear. Wow, what a difference - like night and day! The screen with the premium clear protector is so sharp and bright - reordering was definitely the right call. Anyone who has the anti-glare and is less than happy, take my word for it - it's worth your money to order the premium clear!

This was my first purchase of a Mr. Shield product and I had the easiest time installing their screen protector on my HP Stream 7. I watched the video on their web site, which is very informative and imitated the actions used. This resulted in my HP Stream 7 not having even one bubble or dust particle on the screen! This was my most successful screen protector installation yet! The small pieces of tape they give you to remove dust particles once you've installed the screen protector made all the difference!!! It's those little "extras" like that pre-cut tape that put Mr. Shield screen protectors a cut above their competition. I'm one of the fans of clear screens over their "matte" counterparts. The clear screen seems more legible than the matte screens. I'm now a fan of Mr. Shield and will specifically look for this brand for my next tablet ...(whatever that is!)

I messed up the first application; it's really important to remove all dust from the tablet; it may look like you have down that, but a dust free environment where there is little or no dust in the air or on any surfaces. It's a must to follow the video, and carefully strip the protective sheet exactly as in the video. As you remove the protective sheet a little at a time, the opportunities for dust to collect on the tablet screen or the Shield are minimized. I had tried another product (the one touted and sold by Microsoft) and it was a failure. Mr. Shield, applied exactly as shown in the video, works.

Best in shield manufacturer and instructional video ever produced. This come with a YT link to show you how to use the kit and it is a KIT to install the shield. Please watch the video and then pause as you go. I got lucky and didn't have to use every bit of the 'extraction tools' but my tablet looks and works like there's nothing on the screen thanks to the video instructions. I work electronics retail and have suggested this maker to over two dozen of my clients who want the perfect fit screen protector and not some universal hack job with scissors and scotch tape. Works like it said it would. I was skeptical about this product do to its price. Most of the cheaper screen savers I have purchased in the past have not been worth it. This screen saver was VERY easy to install. Make sure you watch the YouTube video about installation. It only took my one try to get the installation correct. There is no glare on the screen with the screen saver, it works perfectly. I purchased the Premium Clear version totally worth the extra money. You can't even tell that it is there.

These screen protectors fit perfectly on the HP Stream 7 Tablet. In addition to the 3 screen protectors you also get a cleaning cloth, a bubble remover, three dust collector strips and numerous strips of cleaning tape. The product also comes with a link to the Mr Shield web site where you can watch an installation video that clearly explains how to use all these accessories when you apply the screen protector. After watching the installation video it was easy to apply the screen protector without any bubbles or dust particles. This is a great product for the HP Stream 7 Tablet.

I tried this product on a brand new HP Stream 7 tablet.The cleaning cloth only spreads oil around, did not absorb it. And it caused micro-scratches because you are basically smearing oil and dust around with it. It does not clean.The large blue "dust pulls" left a residue on the screen that I had to wipe off with the cleaning cloth.The small tape-tabs to get individual particles of dust when you're laying down the screen. They can't do anything if the dust is stuck to the screen and not the protector. You can turn them upside down, but that gets residue on the screen that you have to clean. So that's not really working. They are also too short to get dust in the middle of the screen. So unless you PERFECTLY remove all the dust from the middle of the screen then the protector will not install correctly.And good luck with that, since the pieces of plastic that sandwich the actual protector attract and hold fine-dust. And if it gets between the screen and protector you have dozens of dust-bubbles. And since you have to pass them over the screen to apply the protector, then it's almost 100% sure it will happen.I recommend passing up this product.
