The strings stay in tune
The strings stay in tune, and had no problem with them. however, a little to bright for what I'm looking for. I'm new to the lap steel, So I've just ordered ghs in G Tuning. If that doesn't suite me, I'll try a different set of strings, and so on. I always used ghs strings on other instruments, like the Dobro and tele, and always been happy with the brand.

The strings are little bit thinker for C6.A6 or Bb6 is better.

These are my go to C6 lap steel strings. It's my favorite tuning and I use these string exclusively.
