Hard to find a good multi-vit, if you study nutrition and know the correct rations needed. This one is good!Most have too much of one B Vit and too little of another, and since they only work well if atthe correct ratio, sometimes they are more harmful then helpful. The only thing better I would like to seeis a version with lower iron for women in menopause, who dont need as much iron any more, forit accumulates!. My husband had to have blood drawn and thrown away, as he had too much ironfrom taking -what was once popular, iron tablets-, and too much can cause unnecessary heart problems.Woman dont have this problem until menopause and that is alot of the population of ladies :)

This product helps with maintaining good health. I and the environment would appreciate it being marketed in a glass bottle with a metal lid.
