I spent a long time choosing what brand of ashwagandha to try. This one appealed because it is KSM-66, vegetarian and organic, and the only 'extra' ingredient was organic rice flour. The price was also really good.But I was disappointed to see that there are other ingredients listed on the packet itself - maltodextrin, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Presumably the maltodextrin is from the organic rice flour, but has been processed into maltodextrin. It's frustrating as my purchase decision was driven by the ingredients listed on Amazon which are inaccurate.Anyway, aside from that, this ashwagandha still works out to be good value for money and of good quality.

I started taking this to help deal with my high stress job. Honestly after a week you don’t believe you feel anything but there is an underlying relaxation I feel..I can honestly without doubt feel more relaxed during the day and never get very stressed feeling in work..I was sure it was a placebo effect but stop taking it and could feel after a week or so my stress come back..The fact that this also helps with increasing testosterone is a big plus too.

Great for anxiety, insomnia, stress, nervousness, mood changes, etc.

It's ok but I wouldn't buy it again. Not very sure about the composition. Others make better job in my opinion not worth it.
