Love this for forearms, and legs, heels and feet

I do a body scrub on my arms in the shower everyday and then follow it with this product. I have KP, so my arms are bumpy and rough. This product has definitely helped in making my arms feel much better. It will always look like I have goosebumps, but at least now I'd doesn't feel like sand paper! The only negative is it will sometimes leave a residue on my work desk where I rest my elbows, but the easy fix is just wiping down my desk and its gone (nothing wrong with keeping my desk extra clean with COVID-19 still sticking around!)!

I had never even heard of exfoliating before my Dermatologist was enthusiastic about my treatment plan including this product and he does absolutely agree with the absolutely amazing results of using this cream on the baddest areas of my skin but they have improved remarkably and he says that I should keep it up and make it a part of my regular skin maintenance routines to keep the splendid results coming!!

I do like the product and have noticed a difference in skin appearance and smoothness. I have always had nice skin and skin tone, but over the last year or so (now that I am mid 40s) I have noticed red blothes on my skin with small bumps. I was more bothered by the redness than the bumps since the bumps were so small if there at all. I just wanted my smooth even skin tone back so I tried AmLactin. However, t seemed to cause some irritation in the bend in my arm (it was almost a heat rash) so my doc suggested Gold Bond Rough and Bumpy. She had used it and recommended it to patients. My only complaint - the CON of this lotion for me - is the subtle scent. It is a hard smell to describe since the words that come to mind sound horrific - and it is not horrific, just not a scent I would expect or want. It took me a few weeks to figure out it was the lotion because I only applied the lotion to parts of my upper arms and legs. I finally put it together that it was the lotion. I have used it less regularly since I realized this which is disappointing because I do like the results. I suppose I could let it absorb and then apply a different lotion on top of it. I resorted to using it at night since I wouldn't be bothered, but it seems that now I have pinpointed it to the lotion it is more obvious to me. I would recommend the product. I would suggest trying it and seeing how the scent mixes with your skin - as it may not be the same as it is for me. Perfumes ALWAYS change scent on my skin, so what something smells like on one person is different on another person.

It is a bit sticky and needs a little time to be absorbed. I plan for that needed time before dressing. Use primarily on my arms and legs. As it dries, it takes on a sheen that allows me to feel comfortable with bare legs and arms.It is sticky, but makes a magical difference in my case. By the way, I appreciate answers to questions; however, I doubt most of us need answers such as: "I really don't know", or I haven't used the product long enough to say", followed by Amazon asking us to thank those who reply. If an answer is helpful to me, I'll say thanks, all on my own!

This cream really works and fast! I had gone so far as to go to a dermatologist to try to get rid of the rough bumps on calves and backs of arms only to be told there was nothing they could do. Tried this cream and within a week the bumps were gone! I stopped using it and they stayed gone for almost a year! The only negative thing I could say is the cream or your skin feels like it's covered with lumpy, or peeling stuff. It wasn't a big enough problem to prevent me from using, I just put it on at night and showered off in morning and used regular moisturizer after shower. I didn't shower off my moisturizer before using rough and bumpy cream later that evening.

This is the miracle cream I have been looking for. As a 32 year old woman I suffer from mild KT acne on my arms. My doctor has tried to find an affordable topical for me that my insurance will cover (they deny most because of my age). A friend suggested trying this and I was skeptical, even during the first application, but it has been working great. The best part, most medicines my doc and I discussed using would be harsh and would have caused redness or irritation to my skin. This hasn't done either nor has it dried out my skin. It is a bit greasy when you first apply but after a few applications, I am already seeing results. A little goes a long way too so this product will be my go to moving forward!
