It's the best case for the iPad so far
It's the best case for the iPad so far.YES, this keyboard does seem to have connectivity issues if the keyboard is woken up and tries to pair before the iPad wakes up. That *is* something they should figure out in their next version...BUT...the pros definitely outweigh the cons. The magnetic mechanism by which the keyboard attaches to a full case is genius. Your iPad can be completely disconnected and taken around to be used like a normal iPad. Then, with the keyboard, you have the option to type in portrait mode which is a HUGE benefit. I've had it for...five months now? I literally wrote an entire book on this thing. I've mostly completely ridded myself of the connectivity issue just by making sure the iPad is awake before waking up the keyboard, but even if it does unpair, the "forget device" and resetting the keyboard to then reconnect literally takes about 30 seconds. It IS annoying, but it is by no means a deal-breaker.One less star for the connectivity problems, but I'd highly recommend this keyboard case regardless. I've had a few, and this one is the best.

Qode Ultimate Pro - BAD
Qode Ultimate Pro Keyboard Case - horrible experience with this item, the main reason for return is that it does not work at all. it took hours to finally figure out why it would not pair with my ipad air because there is no helpful literature or manual that comes with it. the LED color and flashing codes that i guess i was supposed to just know about are not printed anywhere and i had to read reviews and comments to get the information Belkin apparently does not volunteer. Finally found out the long and hard way the actual problem was that the keyboard does not charge up at all. amber led goes on when plugged in to charge and then turns off a few minutes later, doesn't turn blue. Also, with all the flaps and magnets and clunky case liners it is really a burden to deal with. For what this item is, it is way expensive, done with this, it is going back for a full refund, thank goodness for Amazon. I will be purchasing another similar item from a different manufacturer

This is a really great keyboard for my iPad
This is a really great keyboard for my iPad. It has the look and feel of an Apple product. Keyboard lights up in low light scenarios and works great. I will be buying a separate neoprene sleeve cover to protect both the iPad and keyboard in case of falls as the light weight case may not do the job and want to protect my investment (plus I travel so i will feel better throwing it in my back pack. Great buy!

Great with a major caveat......
iPad Pro 9.7" Folk...Be careful, as this is not a permanent attachment to the back, as to allow for rotation of the iPad to be used for Portrait Viewing. As such, if you grab your iPad to pick up, the Ultimate Pro...? geez, not too Ultimate Pro here it seems...the keyboard case flys off across the room. As well, if you happen to disengage this attachment (a meager magnetic attachment) the iPad will disengage and you better be ready to grab a falling iPad. Don't get me wrong, it works well, but and lighted keyboard, although not intuitive to find the On Switch Key, it does provide the midnight keysearch capability. The battery life is worth of it's Ultimate Claim, 2 Bluetooth Pairings allowed, and the keys are suitable for a normal typing experience, unless you got potato fingers, then it might be a little cramped. But its not too bad, as I tend to live on my iPad now. But I find the awkward attachment backing to be a real danger of losing a grip of the expensive friggin iPad we know and love and seem to be a little TOO DELICATE to honestly rely on, as to jeopardize you pad. Pay up for the Apple Protection People if you dare to use this.Still, I have a a love/hate feeling to the Belkin Keyboard case all the same. Just waiting for the...Attention: NEW Belkin Smart Connector made for the iPad Pro 9.7" specifically which is available now....But...No Backlight...WTH?....so back to square one, but the camera cut-out at least won't be obstructed, when you take pictures with your iPad....huh....??? Why?...only EBay I would think....!!?? Good Luck.
