seen a difference before and during
I bought this product on July 26, 2024 to help somewhat regulate my hormones after having 2 babies back to back. I am almost 10months postpartum, and in 6days I'll have been taking this product for a month. I can definitely see a difference between before taking and while taking. Definitely buying another bottle when I am finished taking this one!!

Tastes ok; Good value
I ordered this for my daughter. We've been trying to address some issues and hoped this would help. She said it tasted ok. It was only moderately effective for her, but to be fair, her situation is complex. I believe that for most people it would be worth a try. It has good ingredients and is a good value for the money.

Love the product. Helped level me out with hot flashes and other premenopausal issues.

Labeling could be better, but noticeable effects on cycle
TL;DROverall I think this product is certainly worth a try, especially for how long it lasts. I wish the labeling was more transparent and I wish it was third-party tested. I also wish the dropper was metered. I did notice some positive effects while taking it every day (I had not one but TWO completely cramp-free cycles for the first time in my life!) but also some negative effects (short/3-week cycles). Overall, it's hard to tell if any positive effects were from this or from other life factors, or what was actually causing any of the changes I did see, positive or negative. But I think it's a compelling product, especially if you have a more accurate way to measure any factors you're hoping to improve.-------I originally intended to use these for PMS symptoms (specifically mood changes, tenderness, and painful cramping).I did not dilute in water but instead took it sublingually and held for 30-60 seconds. It does sting a little to do it that way, but absorption is supposedly better. Although it is partially a glycerin extract, it is still extremely bitter (which is probably good, since that means the herb extracts might be strong enough, but it definitely makes it harder to take). At least it's not as disgusting as a purely alcohol extract, but it DOES contain alcohol. Taking it with juice is probably going to be the easiest way for most people, or in a shot glass of water. The dropper does not have any measurements on it so there is no way to know how much the 1/4tsp recommended dosage is unless you measure it out. The standard amount for a dropperful is indeed 1/4tsp, so I would assume you just take one dropperful. But I wasn't sure if a dropperful is the whole dropper, because it only fills up 1/3-1/2 of the way, max. So I thought maybe two "fills" would be one serving. When I finally measured it out, 1/4 teaspoon was about 1.5 "fills." So I kept taking two. Most people probably don't care, but having a standard way to measure a dose is kind of important.I have been taking it for about 4+ months now, but in varying doses. I started with taking one serving per day, in the morning on an empty stomach, every day for 2 months. The research I've seen says to not take it during your period, so I tried not to do that but sometimes forgot... after 2 months I was having very short cycles but some of my negative PMS symptoms seemed to be improving. At the end of 2 months I had a period with zero cramps, which has possibly never happened for me before, or is at least rare enough that I can't remember it happening before. I was concerned about the shorter cycles though, so after that I tried taking it only in the first half of my cycle (days 1-14ish). The next cycle thereafter was exactly 28 days but I did have cramps again, and the next cycle after that was short again but zero cramps. It can apparently take up to 6 months to see effects of chasteberry alone, but 3-6 months is the standard, so this bottle alone should be enough to see some differences. This supplement is apparently not certified by any third parties, but it is at least made in USA (I actually happen to know exactly where the facility is because I almost applied for a job at their company before even knowing about this product!).I don't love that they have a proprietary blend so you can't see if you're getting enough of the active ingredients to have the effects actually studied in clinical trials. They don't even list mg, just mL of fluid. So that's not super helpful.

Gentle Support for Hormonal Balance
This supplement is a gentle, natural option to support women's overall hormone balance and well-being. The liquid formula is easy to take, and the taste is mild enough to handle without issues. While it’s too early for me to notice major changes, I do feel a subtle improvement in overall vitality and mood. I appreciate that it’s made with herbal, natural ingredients, which makes it feel like a safe addition to my wellness routine. If you’re looking for a natural way to support hormone health, this is worth trying — just keep in mind that results can take time.

Wow.....10 - 20 Proof Ethyl Alcohol......
Is it legal to sell tinctures comprised of grain alcohol of 10 to 20 proof without a liquor license?!? Well, that is exactly what this product is comprised of. I initailly tried the tincture without first fully reading the "other ingredients" list. It's flavor is of somwhat intense alcohol-based anis (I am not a fan of anis "licorice" flavor). Although the bottle contains a generaous amount (4oz), each serving size is 1/4 teaspoon. For me, its a bit much, considering I don't like the flavor. Otherwise, the ingredients list is close to golden (minus the grain alcohol portion). I've just begun trying the formulation and I yet have to see changes, as I am in perimenopause. However, I have not experienced any negative effects. I'll give this a longer trial, but in order to do so I've got to find something acceptable to "hide" this unappealing flavor.
