It's a beautiful rug but it sheds like crazy! The stuff gets all over my clothes and socks. I've gone through a few lint rollers. It gets annoying after a while.UPDATE: The carpet still sheds like crazy and on top of that, theres always sand/dirt underneath the carpet no matter how much I clean it. I don't know where it's from. There are also pieces fiber sticking out throughout the carpet. Unfortunately I cannot return it because I missed the deadline. A waste of my money. I just want to throw it out.

First of all, this rug is very bulky and does not look as tightly woven in person as it does in the pictures. Secondly, when placed on the floor it leaves a sand/dirt residue behind no matter how much you shake it out before hand. I purchased 3 of these rugs for my kitchen but they did not work for the space due to their bulk. I only buy home items on Amazon that offer free shipping/free returns because often items just don’t work for the space for various reasons. These rugs CLEARLY stated that both shipping and returns were free. When I requested to return 2 of them the seller informed me that they do not offer free shipping and that it would cost me $9.11 to send the 2 back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY THING FROM PACIFIC RUG AND HOME...they will NOT honor free returns.

I would give this product 0 stars if possible. I found that the material was constantly shedding. If my kids (or anyone) sat down on this, they would be COVERED in the rug’s fibers. If you walk on it in socks, they too are covered... tracking this mess of a rug all around the house. Not to mention, every time I went to clean my floors, I’d move this carpet and there would be a half of a pound of light brown dirt underneath... with no idea where it was coming from. Our entire home has hard wood floors and no other carpet we’ve owned has done this or has as terrible as this one. I had it for a total of two months before I just tossed it in the trash. It’s a total waste of money.

Big area rug for when you’re ballin on a budget. Super cute. Rustic/Farmhouse/Boho vibe. Surprisingly soft to be jute. My dog immediately brought his ball to it. 🤓 I did my homework and read tons of reviews. A lot of people said their rug came damaged and dirty. Mine was neither. I opened it outside and saved the packaging just to be sure and shook it out with my husband’s help. We took it inside and it looks great! As far as durability, only time will tell…. But for the price, you could easily buy a new one and replace it and still be on top. All the thanks to Amazon for making trying something new affordable and easy. Read the reviews. Order it. If you hate it, send it back in 30 days. Easy!

This rug fell apart daily. You have to sweep every day and get a dustpan full of fiber from the rug. It’s very messy and not good for a traffic area and very rough. I wouldn’t want anyone sitting on this, especially not my dog. It causes her to itch badly. I kept it 6 months and threw it in the dumpster. I love SAFAVIEH. They do a great job on most rugs. I have several of their rugs. This one was cheap and it shows...but don’t give up on them. Most of their products are good quality.

I've had this rug since March 2020 and dirt and dust is still filtering down through the rug to the floor. In addition to vacuuming I have to roll this up and sweep under it, then mop floor. It actually makes the room smell dusty, feel like I am breathing in particles of dust whenever I am in the room. It is too large and heavy to take outside and shake. Random knots of weave have popped up as if they were not secured or woven correctly. Some frayed ends have also popped up in various places, unsightly. Two adults living here, no dogs, we generally are wearing socks, not shoes when walking on this rug.

The rug is beautiful. It smelled funny, but I aired it out and it's fine now. I didn't give this 5 stars because we put rug down on our beautiful hardwood floors (we needed the rug because the room is huge and the hardwoods are hard and cold on your feet), and it left indentions/ marks. I'd ordered a pad to go underneath, but we put the rug down for 48 hours without anything underneath. Our floors are permanently marred.

Bought this “used” as the price was right and there wasn’t a single thing wrong with it in fact the tag was still in tact. I have the same rug but in a runner size and my dog has managed to chew it up good so praying i can keep her puppy paws and teeth away from this rug! I love this rug so much. Really glad i bought it!

La alfombra esta bien, pero no es como la foto.En la alfombra de la foto aparece una alfombra el doble de grande que lo que yo recibí.

J'ai reçu un tapis de bonne qualité malheureusement il s'agit d'une arnaque puisque j'ai reçu une facture de la part du transporteur FedEx d'un montant de 42 € alors que cela n'était absolument pas prévu !!!!
