I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for several years on and off. Even when I’m in a remission from the condition my feet hurt, especially in the evening. If I have been sitting down and then get up, my feet are very painful for the first few steps until it eases. My husband saw these advertised and I thought I would try them as I had little to lose. They have made such a difference! I wear them most days but usually not all the time and my feet are almost pain free, I truly would not have believed it, I love them! It is so lovely to be able to walk without pain!

A great idea, but so tight that it left a graze on the top of my foot.

I have worn these on both feet and the one that is the most painful, during the day with shoes/trainers. Really helpful and my foot is feeling a lot better.

It might just be that it doesn’t fit me but I found this too tight, and I have quite slim feet. They kind of cut off the circulation and I was always aware I had it on my foot which kind of defeats the purpose.

These sadly don't work for me. My friend recommended them, they seem to work for her.Although I have really small feet, they are broad and the bands are quite tight, so this probably doesn't help.The only thing that seems to work is those memory foam Sketchers. But I've been wearing them for years now and would really like to change it up now and then.Gutted, I had high hopes.

I suffer with tendonitis and these little compression bands have helped immensely practically from day one of using them.
