Very good book to understand technical analysis for beginners

Hello, I enjoyed Sid's book, it's well written and easy to follow. Sadly the brokers he recommended do not offer the product Sid trades so sadly the book is out of date.p.s. I traded his methods and they do work.MS

Good book, it explains the basics of binaries and candles.However these are not quick strategies.

Brilliant it's an eye opener and learning still needed before I take the big plunge..thankyou kindly..

Rather convoluted. Had hoped it to be a beginners step by step guide.

Excellent book that I look forward to studying for years to come. Thank you.

Even though I have not yet finished reading the book, from what I have read so far as a step by step guide it is well written. Writing styles are sometimes a matter of taste, however I liked the modest, holistic and encouraging approach to this subject.

Honest

There certainly seems to be no shortage of guides, videos, books, blog posts, webinars, etc. for attempting to teach Binary Options.My experience is that %99.999 of them only exist in the hope that you will click some broker's affiliate link or opt in for some service, signal, indicator etc. that they want to sell you.However all these tutorials, guides, training etc. offered (even by the Brokers themselves) are NO WAY sufficient enough to empower a new BO trader to trade successfully in the long term.In other words they are not genuine and they are not comprehensive enough. They are only there to give a false impression that BO are simple and easy to trade and "get rich quick", and therefore convince you to buy into whatever they are selling.- for a good read on the huge and horrible marketing practices in the BO industry, check out "Binary Options Unmasked - by Anna Coulling" - (another rare, beneficial, honest and comprehensive BO book but requires greater effort to absorb and comprehend if you are new to BO and the industry)This book seems very different to me.Genuine, practical and comprehensive.actual examples of trading platforms from recommended brokers,actual examples of trades using charts and indicators,actual examples of money management strategies,etc. etc. etc.the author even goes into suggestions for stress relief and emotionally preparing yourself for trading.one of the things i really appreciated was his deeply personal approach at times ;giving thanks to his family, spiritual quotes, beliefs of money etc.here is why i think this is so different and important ;he helps to set you up mentally and emotionally to be a confident and strong trader.- just one example ; he challenges the old saying that "money is the root of all evil" and very reasonably explains why "the lack of money is the root of all evil".in other words, he tries to dispel any negative emotions or thinking that can get in your way of being a successful BO trader and these issues are often not considered which is a big mistake as trading can be very stressful for most people.another example why this book seems very genuine and different to me is the fact that it is so easy to read and understand.i read every single word and page in two days and its over 200 pages long.almost every book, tutorial, guide or whatever, always claims to be easy to understand or geared to the newcomer etc.and then in the very next line they start using all kinds of jargon, nomenclature, big technical words etc. confusing and frustrating the hell out of the person wanting to learn, comprehend and apply.Ego is obviously in the way as usual but no one seems to talk about that.it really was surprisingly easy to read and understanding.the book also really left me satisfied (so to speak).by this i mean that i did not feel that i was short changed or tricked into buying another book or left without any actual results etc. etc.stuff like that. other books are amazing at convincing you that you have found the secret answer so to speak and then you find that you are reading and reading and reading and they dance round and round the prize exciting you with claims and promises and at the end of the day never actually delivering a real and practical working solution. it is very frustrating. welcome to "internet marketing". deceitful, unscrupulous, unethical, illegal, you name it.don't believe me ? just google "binary options signals" and buy the first 10 services you find and after 2 months see how much out of the 10 actually makes you a profit and how much depletes your entire account :-) good luck !!!the price seems surprisingly cheap as well compared to other books so for me, for now i hope Mr. Bhattacharjee has plans for releasing another edition or possibly any other books on BO, forex etc. i would defiantly look forward to further reading from him.thanks a lot for this book Mr. Bhattacharjee and i hope my review helps anyone new to BO give this book a read and helps you be a great trader and have fun in the process,BLESS !!!

I enjoyed this book but learned a lot more from searching for binary option trading on the internet. One point that blessed me was Sid included charts on the hours currency pairs are open for trading. He tries to cover a lot of ground and worked hard to write this book. I learned the indecisive doji signal of candlestick trading literally means "clumsy' or "clueless." He could have included more candlestick symbols. I believe the candlestick symbols far outweigh other technical trading indicators. He mentioned support and resistance which would be typical, but also includes specific trading plans, including percentages of your account to trade. A good tip he made was having a timer right at your fingertips while placing trades. Sid explains the Kelly System, Martingale System, and the d'Alembert Method, which is good. Usually only the Martingale System is mentioned online. Like everyone else, I am looking for specific trading plans. I think I will avoid sending for a lot of books on binary trading, and instead look to the net.

I give Sid my best, his book is the most informative one on this subject I could find. I set up an account at NADEX and tried trading by his methods. It works BUT trading is a very complicated matter. I learned enough to stay out off it. If you are a young person with nothing else to do and have time to lose plenty before you start making money then go for it. This is good way to make a living just be aware that like all else in life there is a long learning curve to endure. I don't want to discourage anyone, you can be a good trader if you really want to study and work at it but please understand this is not going to make you rich in a hurry.

Easy to understand for beginners, with a strategy based on price action / candelstick chart that works fine if disciplined ( as any strategies in trading...) .Recommended.
