Q: Will this headset work with Skype running on a Mac?

Yes. Phone. PC. Notepad. Surface--whatever- as long as you configure the device and then the application. I use it with Go To meeting, WebEx Lync, 8x8, Skype any audio file and have it config'd for multiple systems.

Q: Does this unit include the wireless ear piece? Also, does this unit come with the Jabra LINK 14201-19?

The unit does include the wireless earpiece which I have been told by my customers is very clear. I'm not sure what 14201-19 is but I did have to purchase Jabra LINK 14201-17 for my Polycom phone system. Hope this helps
