Great product and a much better value than the US equivalent. I have NOT experienced the clumpy discharge that others mention, and I have been using this product for four months. I prefer this over the pre-filled applicators as you can control the amount you use and the price is much cheaper. It is no big deal to wash off the applicator after use. Fast shipping. This gel is amazing! I am a menopausal woman, and this gel has worked well for me. It does what is says it will do, and I highly recommend it for dryness or if you just want to feel fresh in the area below your waist.

This is a good product. Not only does it replace lost moisture it's much safer and healthier than a douch which is now not recommended by medical professionals. Try using only half of the amount the applicator will take. Other users complained of a lumpy white discharge. When I decreased the amount used to half that stopped.

Menopause, on many levels, rocks. It also sucks. I was really, really upset about how painful sex had become and was seriously thinking about just closing up shop (heck, my body was making that decision for me). Normal lubricants just put a slick surface over thin tissues, and the pain was just lessened a little bit. This stuff actually plumps up tissues, and the pain has disappeared.I still need a dilator (I've got vaginal atrophy - who knew that existed, anyway? I guess it hits about 50% of post-menopausal women), but this stuff makes me feel like myself again. My husband and I are both very, very grateful it exists. And this price is far lower than any other vendor I could find.Don't hesitate. Buy it. It's changed my life, truly.

Good product but wished Replens would make a suppository, instead of a messy gel.

I am 65 years old and have been using this product for 3 months. After following instructions to use every 3 days I find I have cramping and discharge on the day of use and then unending itching. After reading other reviews I am going to try cutting back on the amount I put in the applicator. Some said to use only a quarter of the amount. I had just ordered two new boxes and was trying to find out how to return them, but I may keep them and try some of the ideas I found in the reviews, as well as spreading out the days in between to 4 or 5 days and see how that goes. I saw Replens recommended by the "Health of Women" study and also "AARP" magazine so I thought it would be safe and effective. However the side effects are really annoying. I wear a thin pad on the day of use to collect all the cream that discharges and still end up feeling sticky and wet. But if it helps with the vaginal dryness and painful intercourse, it's worth keeping on experimenting with. Otherwise I will have to give up sex altogether, which would majorly affect my relationship with my husband.

I’ve tried many vaginal moisturizers and this one works best for me. The applicator makes it easy to use. I Apply ever 3 days and it keeps me comfortable. I’m 63 years old
