You don't need an instruction manual to figure this out. Transition the different attachments by snapping them right on to the body, and then start by pressing the "I" (lower power) or "II" (higher power) button. Even the lower power is very powerful - froth milk / coffee in <1 second, and blend or mix in a few seconds. Just make sure to use a deeper bowl / cup and have enough volume, otherwise it'll splash everywhere (but that's common sense).I especially love that it's so, so convenient. I keep it in a drawer to pull out whenever I need it...no more hauling up a blender / mixer from the cabinet, setting it up, and pouring stuff between bowls / cups. To clean, I just detach the attachment and carefully run it under the sink, which is much easier than trying to get into the nooks and crannies of a blender.For the low price, it feels surprisingly solid and well-built too. Definitely recommend if you're looking for convenience and only need to blend / mix smaller serving sizes.

I'm so happy i finally purchased this hand blender, where even thou its a bit too powerful as a milk frother, i just put the coffee in a deep glass container, then slowly blend it (which is actually 10x more powerful than any battery operated frother i've had), so the coffee doesn't fly out once it begins to spin. It makes, hands down, the BEST Bullet Proof Latte coffee ever, yummywowwe! And even thou the whisk is a bit flimsy i'm still able to use it to blend cake batter. Glad i have a warranty on it just in case it doesn't last. The mixing wand is awesome too, i use it for quick smoothies, and to puree vegetables, and what not. Having the ability to make veggies/fruit smoothies again without using my 14yo Vita Mix is such a blessing. I'm just so delighted to be using such a handy appliance after seeing them for years online. Never thought i'd own one, but here i am now owning one with a refreshing greenish color with stainless steel parts.I have to also mention that at first it was a little difficult attaching each attachment to the motor, where i had to use my dish towel to squeeze the buttons before so it wouldn't hurt my fingers when i connected each attachment, but now its loosen up for me making it much easier now.This multi speed hand blender has become a game changer for this 14yr vegan who lives fulltime in a class a rv, where less is more even when it comes to powerful appliances that are easy to store away because they're smaller, YESS!

I purchased this product as a gift. I had previously purchased one for myself and I love it. My friend didn't know what to use it for. While talking to my friend on the phone, she was complaining about not having a kitchen gadget to emulsify something she was cooking at the time. I asked her where was the emulsifier I got her for Christmas. She had no idea what the item was used for that I sent to her nor how to use it. After going thru a short tutorial, she was using it like a pro. She loves it and so do I.It's Versatile, easy to use, and it's made of good quality.

Love this blender. Made split pea soup and it creamed the soup in seconds. I will use it for my lentil soup in a few days. Great power.

The main attachment is great. The other ones are very cheap.
