I vastly underestimated the size I needed. However it will work very well as a candy dish. It'll hold probably 150-200 pieces. Good little dish. Very lightweight. A little soap and water it'll be clean. Very well made. Wrong purchase but has many alternate uses so still a good purchase. Excellent design. Seems sturdy enough to last 20+ years of taken care of properly.

Used as an insert for an electric fondue pot. Worked great no issues.

This "2 qt" bowl volume only actually holds 7 cups (1.75 qt), maayyybe 1/4 cup more, which is why I dinged it a star, although it doesn't matter for my purpose. The inner diameter at the top is 8", outer rim diameter is 9", and the bowl height is 2.75". There's a nice ridge on the outside bottom of the rim that makes the bowl easier to hold. It's not the thickest steel, but seems plenty strong, and lightweight.Third time's the charm - this was the third bowl I'd tried as an insert for my Rival electric fondue pots, and it's the first one that actually fits right - rim on the pot edge and bottoms not quite touching.Having several of these will allow me to put the cheeses or chocolates in the bowl over simmering water in the pot to avoid hot spots, and then just swap out bowls between courses instead of having to scrub out the pots in the middle of a party.

I love American Metal. I stumbled upon their products while searching Amazon for absolutely nothing (but I knew there must be something I need). The bowl is nicely made, light weight and cleans up nice. While the feel is light weight, I do expect this product to last a long time. I also love that it's made in America. Oh and I liked this product enough that I purchased several other items from them.

Got this to have a round sided bow for my dog. Works perfectly and fits the feeder nicely.

Pretty good quality for the price. Holds up very nicely and will definitely again!

I really have learned to cook during this pandemic and there bowls, I have 10 in all shapes and sizes make cooking so much more pleasurable . The best part is that they clean up so easily I don't bother putting them in the dishwasher, I wash them with barely a swipe. I cannot say enough that you should get yourself a few.
