Good solid mount
This product is hefty in build. It holds the TV well. I mounted it into studs. The rotate works well too. The only problem is that most TVs are heavy on the one side, so rotating 90 degrees makes the TV sit crooked. You will need to rig a solution for that, like a string or something to pull it straight and clip it in.

Will not hold TV straight on its own.
Cheap Chinese Crap. Will not hold the tv straight in vertical position...and thats kinda the whole point. No, you shouldnt have to rig something to hold it in place.

Excellent mount
I use this mount for a 55 inch monitor. It works very well. A word of advice: make sure cabling is secured properly so it doesn't catch anywhere when rotating. I recommend this product.
