Super confortable
I am a regular 3-5 miles runner training now for half marathon. I was using runnin Nike shoes and I never felt comfortable. I had used Sauconi before.. I new were good and I decided to try again.... I can tell you.. these are real running shoes... it is like wearing gloves in your feet ... soft, light and feel part of your feet.. I had taken them couple of times to 10 and 11 miles in a month that I have had them and I fully recommend them!... running or not.. these shoes are very comfortable!

Great shoe.
This is a great shoe for runners looking for a neutral platform. It has a 4mm drop heel to toe, much more subtle than many running shoes. The cushioning is mild enough to provide some protection while still providing good surface feel. I ran in a Kinvara 7 all Spring/Summer and purchased the Runsheild version for the Fall/Winter season.
