Nice looking wrenches with quality issues!
I've been looking for a thin wrench set for working on the rear brake calipers, and, after reading and watching a lot of positive reviews here and elsewhere, I've decided to purchase this set since I've had purchased an impact socket set from Capri. The set arrived quickly and was nicely packed. Upon close visually inspection, the 14-15 mm wrench looked much thinner than the 12-13 mm. The 10-11 mm wrench looked slightly thinner than the 8-9 mm wrench; and the beams on both weren't straight (see photo), they were deformed exactly where the logo was stamped which, I surmised, have deformed the wrenches due to tremendous pressure stamping down on them. I noticed that the beams were slightly bulged-out along both edges on all wrenches where the logo was stamped.I went-on to measure the thickness and width of the open ends, and the result is below:- Thickness: as evident from the measurements, the 14-15 mm and 10-11 mm are way out of spec.- 18-19 mm: 4.48 (spec: 4.6 mm) -0.12 / -2.6% Thinner- 16-17 mm: 4.54 (spec: 4.6 mm) -0.06 / -1.3% Thinner- 14-15 mm: 3.40 (spec: 3.6 mm) -0.20 / -5.6% Thinner- 12-13 mm: 3.67 (spec: 3.6 mm) +0.07 / +1.9% THICKER- 10-11 mm: 2.28 (spec: 2.6 mm) -0.32 / -12.3% Thinner- 8-9 mm: 2.52 (spec: 2.6 mm) -0.08 / -3.0% Thinner- 6-7 mm: 2.11 (spec: 2.2 mm) -0.09 / -0.40% Thinner- Width: from +0.09 mm to +0.20 mm.- Flatness: 8-9 mm and 10-11 mm wrenches are not straight.- Finish: the chrome is shinny but is very soft. Some of them got all scratched-up after just one brake job, more than I am accustomed to seeing on other chromed tools that I have. On some, the chrome is sort of uneven, orange scales, since the prepping of them wasn't adequate. About the finish, I can still see and feel burs on the open ends of some, and shaft edges on the beams that can dig into your hands w/o using gloves. In summary, for my light-duty needs, these wrenches would do the job adequately since they would mostly hold the fasteners from spinning for removal; however, for some with tolerance reaching 0.20 mm, they may not work well on the stubborn fasteners. And, lastly, I would recommend this set for light-duties jobs. As for the deformed and out-of-spec wrenches, I am going to contact Capri for replacement; and, if that is a "no go", then I will return the set and look elsewhere.Recommendations for Capri MFG:1) To prevent deforming the wrench beams, Capri MFG may wish to rearrange the MFG process to stamp the logo first, then followed by the straightening process.2) I wish Capri would have smooth-out the burs and edges, so they would go easy on the hands.3) Prepping the wrenches should be thoroughly before chroming them to prevent uneven finish.===========4/27/23 Update: I have reached-out to Capri Customer Service (via an email) for replacing the defected wrenches, and after submitting the PO and some pic's, I have received them in about two days. It was a pleasant experience, which gives me confident to purchase from Capri in the future. And, I am upgrading the rating to 4 stars.===========5/31/23 Update: Wrenches are still working superbly w/o slipping. I am entertaining the idea of purchasing the SAE set as well.

Great Set
Works great. Especially for air tool chucks, brake calipers and tight spots.

Look cheap. They are deceiving. Work like pro tools.
When I first saw them I thought I had really screwed up. They are kind of pricey, I thought. Well worth the money. They come shipped in a good tool storage container. I use these wrenches on air and steam control lines where there is just not enough space to get regular open end wrenches on. These are great for those super thin areas. I’m getting used to the odd looking open ends and I have spotted a couple of these wrench kits on some of of the other jobber carts where I work. I have made thin wrenches before by using an end mill and machining off the facing of the wrenches but I could never get them as thin as these wrenches. These wrenches will hold up to use where the ones I made would usually snap at the jaw. I even heat treated my home built ones trying to get better strength. I have had these wrenches a short time but they are being used without issues. If you need to get into narrow spaces these are what will work.
