Fingerprint Activities Animals

This is a lovely idea but totally impractical for children. I brought it for my 2.5 year old (admittedly probably too young but it was obviously going to used under supervision with myself). He really enjoyed doing it BUT inevitably some paint got on his clothes and it has stained it despite two washes. It got on the carpet as well and has stained the carpet but that's my own fault for not cleaning his hands quick enough. Admittedly there is nothing on the items description which states that the paint is washable but as it's an item aimed at children I didn't expect the paint to stain clothes and fingers. I was literally scrubbing his hands quite coarsely afterwards in an attempt to remove the paint. Maybe I'm missing a trick? I am left wondering if I've done something wrong because I can't believe a children's painting book would not only stain clothes but stain their fingers as well!

My 4yo is enjoying using this book but the paints are located in just the wrong place so her arm/sleeve ends up sitting on the paint. Perhaps a better design would be to put the paint at the top instead? Otherwise it’s a lovely book.

I bought this for my twins, and subsequently as gifts for nieces and nephews also.It's absolutely perfect for little ones. No need to get paint out. No need to think of ideas of what to 'paint'. It's all there on each page, with lovely bright illustrations for your child to add to.These books are perfect on a rainy afternoon, or on a blanket in the garden on a sunny day, on a train, in a restaurant, on holiday.... They're just so easy to take anywhere and have entertainment ready just by opening a book!The paint pads are attached to the books which is really handy.We'd definitely recommend them for children aged 2 and up. My twins are 5.5 and still use them (we bought more than one kind).

Great book which my two year old loved. Fab for me as not as messy as getting out proper paint. Nice simple activities.

Love this book, but was disappointed to see that the felt-tip pen went through and ruined the other side of the page.. 😔
