Non authentic product
I’ve used USANA sleeping pills for a long time. There website had a glitch so I decided to order from here, but this does not seem to be the same product. The bottle looks the same but the pills are shaped different, and definitely do not work the same. Overall disappointed.

Love Usana! I have a hard time sleeping at night (insomnia), my doctor recommended that I take some Melatonin along with my Nortriptyline (Rx), and it works great!I take 6mg of Melatonin, the bottle comes with 56 tablets, and each tablet is 2mg. After they dissolve in my mouth, I start feeling drowsy within 15-20 mins, and I'm able to sleep the whole night without any issues. I've had the best sleep since taking it.

Does what it's supposed to.
I've used this product for years when I have trouble falling asleep.It has a subtle way to drift off to sleep and does not cause drowsiness upon awakening.

Great product, frequent customer
This is my favorite melatonin product, and it is worth paying the higher amount. Makes it easy to fall asleep, and I do not feel groggy the next morning.

No substitute for Quality
This is the best melatonin I have ever used. Works perfectly, not high dose, made in USA so it does not upset my stomach as overseas brands do. Will not go without it.

Chewable melatonin that works instantly as it dissolves in your system. Nice tasting.My suggestion is take one or two tablets two or (1.5) hours before your bedtime.Bby the time you eat dinner, shower, and watch tv or read a book for 30-45 minutes; you will sleep like a baby for a good 8 hours and wake up with no grogginess in the morning.

Nice product
One of the few melatonin that actually works for sleeplessness, for me. It tastes good so you can use it sublingual. If it was time-released it would be a 5 star. I typically wake after 4-5 hours. Sometimes I doze off again but mostly not.
