After breast cancer surgery, the only problem with driving is the seat belt--and you need to wear it. This little pillowis the perfect size and has two velcro closures to attach to your seat belt. Yes, it comes with a clip and you need to use the clip so the seat belt retracts only to where you want it to. It's easy. It's a tiny gift to yourself and takes the pressure off your incisions so you can drive. You will love it. I used it for about four weeks. But it felt so good, I wanted to keep it attached. The passenger seat belt is another issue and using one there would be helpful also-depending on the side of your surgery. I did get a pillow from the surgeon, and it was a cute little heart, but too big for driving safely and it kept sliding around. The little pillow stays put but you can move it around easily for comfort.

I bought this for my mother who has a port for chemo. She said it was super helpful and made it a lot more comfortable to ride with a seatbelt. She liked how easy it is to remove so she could take it when someone else was driving her somewhere.

I use this in my car to prevent the seatbelt from digging into my chest. It is a cute pattern and the perfect size. It came with a little clip that keeps the pillow in place. The fill can be removed or added to customize the firmness. My only quip is that the fill can easily get stuck in the zipper jamming it up. Learned the lesson to unzip and push the filling away from the zipper at the same time. Washable and holds up to washing. Would recommend.

Recently got a pacemaker. After 3 months, the site is still tender and seat belt is uncomfortable! This little cushion helps. Also it was sent with a prayer card, which was so sweet. Thank you!

This is a smaller version of the longer mastectomy and/or hysterectomy pillows women use with seatbelts. It is comfortable. However, you need to use the included clip to keep the pillow in the desired position on the shoulder strap of the seatbelt. This prevents the seatbelt from going all the way back into its “slot”. So you have to make sure you put the belt in the your seat before you close the car door. Or take the clip off every time. Hope that makes sense.

Going thru chemo and had a chest port placed. The car seat belt just hits it and its painful. This little pillow worked perfectly. It doesn't slip. It's little things like this that makes me feel a little bit more human. God bless. Thank you

This really helped my mom be able to drive comfortably after having her pacemaker placed! It stays in place while she is driving and protects the area that would bother her the most from the seatbelt. The thickness was just right and it would not slip down as she was driving. So glad we found something that worked for her!
