Definitely five stars for me. Since I ordered 2 chairs I followed the assembly instructions which are clear and simple to follow.....on the first chair. The assembly kit includes a high quality allen wrench/hex key with a handle to save your fingers while tightening! I assembled both in under 30 minutes. When attaching the cup holder the instructions are clear to point out you MUST use the one and only short screw. I literally laugh out loud and said to my wife "I wonder how many idiots it took driving the wrong screw through the arm to modify the instructions to include 'Don't do that.'" Since the first chair assembly was a breeze I determined I did not need the instructions for the second. Predictably I drove the wrong screw through the arm to my wife's delight. I embarrassingly contacted customer support and they shipped me a replacement arm immediately at their own expense. That is how it's done customer service!After a few weeks of sitting in these we love them. They are made to last!

Very good quality, attractiveness, and folding ability, and the cup holder seems fine if you make sure to use only the shorter single screw that comes for it. Great instructions, parts, and tools - though a 10mm socket wrench makes it quicker. Do NOT overtighten - those pointy metal "wood" screws can certainly strip plastic if you do that, and almost all the other parts with screws, washers, and lock nuts need to swivel for the folding. In fact, until it is all assembled, keep a bit of looseness in everything you screw together (they tell you to do this on the first page). Though there was one issue, the seller made it completely right. Very good to deal with.

These chairs are terrific. It’s not like the cheap ones that you can get at Lowe’s. It looks very much and feels very much like the Amish chairs that are over $300 each. They were easy to put together. Fold up pretty easily and because of the material, I’m sure they will last us a long time.

My wife stated that she wanted a firepit, so I dutifully built one. I was going to build the Adirondack chairs as well, but we have a graduation event coming up and I simply ran out of time with all of the other to do list items. I ordered 6 of these chairs in the red color. When I initially opened the package, they appeared pinkish to my sight, however, when I put them in the middle of the yard within my newly built firepit area, they really popped, and the red looked richer and more vibrant. I had some minor issues with a couple of the arms and had to deal with customer service. Their service reps were super quick in response and remediation. It did take a couple of tries for them to send me the correct part, but with patience, they wholly rectified the situation and with great care and courtesy. Outstanding customer service! I will say that the only part that is weak in this design is the single screw used to hold the cupholder. That is the weak spot, and I would not be rough with them at all or you will pull that screw out very easily. Thus, my single star reduction, otherwise these would be 5-star chair. These chairs are the perfect blue and easy to put together!! I love the way my yard looks now it’s gorgeous with these very nice chairs !!!

The chairs take about 1/2 hour to assemble. They are sturdy and comfortable. At first I thought they sat a little too low, but after using them and seeing older folks use them they are still easy to get up from. This color does not get overly hot in the sun either.
