Dell Inspiron 14R (N4010) CPU Cooling Fan

It's been a few days since I've installed the new fan, and it is quite and effective. My old fan had a loose baring, so was noisy and strained, and I found wasn't very effective.When I popped open my computer I found that it was ALSO clogged with dust and hair, and ended up giving the entire internals a good air blowing. But even without the clogging, the fan's baring was loose, making it rattle and whine, so a replacement was still needed.The fan I recieved is indeed an OEM part from Dell, having the D/P (Dell part) number on it, and is from the same company who manufactured my original. I am very satisfied.I am currently looking into finding a mess or film to place on the intake of my fan, to help reduce/prevent further clogging.

My old Dell laptop is working again! The part fit just fine, and I was able to find a video about how to install it.

Only complaint is that it makes a high pitch noise before it turns on. Other than that it works fine.

Fan is not a stock Dell part, the one I received had to be modified to use in my laptop. I had to use the plate off the old fan then drill new screw holes for it to work. It does work but not a simple plug in installation.

Worked just as it should and got here quick.

Replaced my old fan and no longer do I have a scary sound coming from my computer. Replacing the fan is VERY DIFFICULT if you do not know what you are doing, so PLEASE consult someone with knowlege of Dell computers. You basically have to take apart the entire laptop just to get to the fan compartment.

I didn't receive the same product given in the picture. I got CPU fan from different manufacturer. I felt that this CPU fan makes more noise than the SunSun fan I had earlier. At max fan speed I can hear the fan sound 10 feet away.

Product is Ok but packaging by Amazon us not good. Also the fan seems to be used.
