This cooler keeps the living room very cold. I have to turn down the fan because it gets cold. It comes with little cooler packs that go in the freezer. They actually make the air cooler. It come with better instructions.

It does not cool it’s a over prize fan the ice packs are small and they don’t last at all.my fan does better getting your money back that’s a joke so don’t waste your money on this

We've been using this fan in our chicken coop to create circulation and cool things down. The air circulation aspect works great but the cooling aspect is not that great and the oscillating feature is awesome to have. The device comes with very small ice packs that melt very quickly. The space on the top where the ice packs are meant to sit is a very small area and you can only fit four of the ice packs there. If that area was bigger, it would be great to fit some large ice packs in there. When the ice packs are cold and you start the cooling feature, you can definitely feel that the machine is capable of cooling the air and would perform well in enclosed areas where the temperature is not lava hot.

Works incredibly well. Keeps a nice size space cool. Adding extra fan and boom even better.

the air comes out strong but does not go very far. The cooling function does not work well, even with the ice packs and water used. Ultimately, regular box fans provide more cooling than this fan. May work better in a small enclosed space but not suitable for large space or outdoors. Did not meet my expectations for the price.

Love this air cooler. It’s great with just the fan but with water and ice packs it’s amazing.

I bought this to use on my outdoor patio which faces west and gets the full brunt of the Florida afternoon sun. The product does not cool. It operates no better than a floor fan. The return process has been a nightmare. I had to contact the shipper who only partially refunded me and charged me for shipping. The seller said to contact them if shipping is more than $30. Shipping was $73.50 cheapest option. The seller could not be reached and the phone number they provided was not in service. I paid $149.79 for the product. The seller offered to refund only $105. With shipping cost of $73.50, I ended up being refunded only $31.50 for an original purchase price of $149.79. I have contacted Amazon for resolution of this matter. Do not purchase the product unless you want an overpriced cheaply made plastic floor fan and very poor customer service.

I tried to use this in a small bedroom upstairs and it just turned it into a humid sauna. Do not waste your money because they will make you pay up to $30 in postage just to ship it back before they refund only the price of the cooler. I’m really upset that Amazon wouldn’t work with me directly to return it, they sent me third party emails from the manufacturer, and I was expected to print out return label and packing list from an email on my phone when my phone is the only internet I have. Don’t waste your money on this “cooler” unless you really want “hot and muggy”.
