I'm really like that this hydration packs are caffeine and sugar-free. The flavor is good not overly salty. I use this in my large water bottle mixed throughly.

Came in easy packaging and exactly what it’s used for. Good flavor, can compare to other hydration drinks and doesn’t have a bad aftertaste.

I'm picky about my electrolytes, and I need them often on a GLP-1 diet. After trying the popular LMNT, I found it way too salty. This stuff was amazing. Like having fruit punch but without all the additives. Will definitely buy again.

These are pretty good & don’t have caffeine for those that just want the hydration. I do prefer the energy ones that contain caffeine. I’ve tried 2 flavors from the non caffeinated ones & the Arctic cherry is my favorite so far. I like that with the packets you can control the sweetness. I usually dilute mine in my 40 oz Brümate water bottle.

Having electrolyte balance that's as easy as opening a packet and dumping it in my water bottle is important to me. The fact that if doesn't cost a lot and tastes good made this my go-to choice.

Individual packets easy to open and place into cup or water bottle. Resolves quickly. Flavor feels refreshing and smooth. This product doesn’t have Stevia leaf extract and aspartame including no caffeine. Compared to Liquid I. V. ( no caffeine).

Too sweet for me. I did not like it and won't repurchase
