Honestly I contemplated getting this because of the mixed reviews but 20/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The functionality is perfect the cursor follows my EVERY MOVE AND THE KEYBOARD WORKS PERFECTLY! I connected it via Bluetooth and never had to reconnect it again. No lag or late responses and it stays connected even if I step away from the computer for a bit. I don’t know how long the battery lasts because I’ve been switching it off after every use but I can definitely say that it charges super quick! I use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on a day to day so that should tell you how reliable this keyboard is. AND IT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE OG MICROSOFT KEYBOARD, just more affordable. Definitely make this purchase if you’re thinking about it. The feel of the keyboard and cursor is perfect!!

Just like the OG MS brand if not better, I love that i was able to get a burgundy color. And the keys are slightly backlit just enough to type in the dark. I enjoy that it has 4-5 colors to choose from. They keys have a great feel and touch when typing. I has all the same functions as MS brand. Super quick charging. My one thing i need to adjust to is the auto sleep when closing the tablet, but i have the setting to turn off display when not in use lowered. I love that its the fraction of the cost as the name brand.Touch pad is super responsive and has all the functions. This seller is the only one i found that has the burgundy color that would match my case that i have installed. Keys have a great medium print and is easy to readthe seller was on pointe on making sure i will receive the correct color and my shipment with no damage in the process.

I’ve had my surface for 10 years now and I’m just now needing to replace the keyboard and while I initially hoped that I wouldn’t have to use the Bluetooth function because I thought it was gonna connect into the computer the same way it seems to be decent although I don’t like that they keyboard sometimes Knocks itself out for a little while if it’s not being used frequently enough.

Nothing like my original surface keyboard. This one needs to be charged with a separate cable - doesn’t charge through connecting it to the surface pro like my old one. It runs out all the time as it’s hard to remember to shut off the little button so I’m always without a powered up keyboard. I wish I paid the extra $50’to get the regular one.

Works great with our Surface Pro, and this color adds flair. Definitely appreciate the quality of the device. It does require its own charging and the Bluetooth must be engaged (once on then the indicator light is activated). The backlight is also a nice feature!

Really dislike this product for several reasons1. It does not come in when the pad is opened and turned on. 2. Frequently lags or has a key stick typing multiple single letters 3. Has to charge separately from the computer. 4 just stops working and has to be turned off and on againIf anyone knows where I can get a real surface keypad for my older surface I’m definitely interested.

Works great with my surface pro 7. Backlit keyboard colors are fun and was easy to pair via bluetooth. Highly recommend.
