Purchased this for my one year old grandson. He really enjoys manipulating the levers & buttons in order to get the animals to pop up. He has even more fun banging the animal back down. That satisfying Animal pop up, when the lever or button releases it, is really a simple but effective way of teaching him to use his fine motor skills.The added bonus is that since it does not play any music, his parents have him play with it, when they need a break from the noise of the other toys.

This toy is more than fun — it teaches cause and effect! My baby presses a button, sees the animal pop up, and gets it. Such a smart way to support early development. Mama approved!
