I got these to start taking to help support my regular cycle since being diagnosed with PCOS. I like this product and the quality ingredients included. They have been easy to swallow and I haven't noticed any stomach upset with this supplement after taking it. So far, would recommend :-).My Star Rating Rubric:5 ⭐️ - Perfect! Love it! After trying a months supply, starting at the beginning of my cycle, I can say I did notice an improvement on my hormonal balance, I felt less frantic leading up to my period. Anything beyond that would probably need more than one month to show results. As for the product, the pills are easy to swallow, none of them were cracked or stuck together, and there was no weird smells or tastes. The packaging is simple and easy to read. I will be ordering more of these to continue trying them out.

Someone recommended that I take this supplement for my PCOS. It is a smaller pill so it is very easy to take. I saw no side effects and it had no aftertaste. I already take a different supplement for PCOS, so I was excited to try this one to see if it’s any better.It also has a vitamin D3 and B9. The bottle is small and comes boxed. I didn’t have any issues taking the capsules.The only problem I see is that the description on the listing says that you can take two a day, and the serving on the bottle says to take four a day.So I think it’s expensive for a 15 day supplement.**I see the listing has now been updated to match the bottle and it says you should take four a day.I am personally taking two, and if I have any negative side effects, I will come back here to report.This supplement seems to be a higher dosage of myoinositol (and it’s cheaper) than my current supplement, which I take 2 a day of, so I can’t complain.

I ordered this as an easy way to see if this product actually made a difference. At this point, I do know my blood sugar is lower. Since it is only a 15 day supply, it propelled me to look at other like products. There are other products that are nearly half the price. I will buy the less expensive to complete a 30 day trial. I took off a star because of high price.

I decided to give this product a try for my PCOS. It's too early yet to know how effective it really is, since I'm not a physician, and besides, we're not allowed to leave such claims in the reviews. I've not experienced any unexpected adverse effects though. The product arrived well packaged, sealed with no leakage or spillage and the expiration date was well into the future.
