I’m entering my 30s and wanted to start prioritizing and balancing my hormone levels. I don’t wanna spend too much money on getting injections from a doctor yet, so supplements like these are what I’m gonna be doing for a few years. Dissolves quickly, easy to take these, and my energy levels have been great. Good value and taste.

Top shelf product. Supposed to keep would be Moms at peak health. Great quality ingredients. Worth every penny.

I am a huge fan of Premom and have been using their ovulation strips for about a year trying to conceive. I have been through multiple tests and nothing out of the ordinary to explain it. The only condition I do have is fibroids (some have been removed recently) and so I have been on the hunt for a good multi vitamin to help with my reproductive heath. The Premom Inositol Plus vitamins replace a lot of what I was taking separately such as a COQ10 pill, D-3, and folate so this saves me from taking so many different ones. It is just 3 pills a day and while they do not have a taste they are a bit on the big side but went down easy for me. Overall it is too soon to provide feedback on long term effects but I feel confident that what I am taking is helpful! 2 weeks of taking these pills and I had my strongest peak (using their LH strips) since I started tracking ovulation 1.5 years ago.

Choline and Inositol go together as what is naturally in Lethicin, our body needs both of these elementsto function well for skin and hair and nerves and whole body. This is a nice formula and I am glad itincluded CoQ1- as well as folate, but I also need to take an equal amount of Choline along with it, andI dont see this being as readily available. Things go in trends, people get all excited about one little thingand forget that everything works together as a whole :).

Had to throw them away because the cap had been destroyed and the pills were spilled all over the bag.

I've been using these for about a week as me and my husband have planned to start trying for our 3rd baby. So far I have no complaints. The dose is 3 a day, but they are easy to swallow. Haven't noticed any side effects at all but hopefully this can naturally prepare me for pregnancy- as both of my previous pregnancies were surprises.
