While they are somewhat comfortable they didn't provide me with what I was hoping for and that was easing of my back pain. I would say that this product is more online with a Dr, Scholls insert with very little difference between the two companies.

I suffered with shin and knee pain for three years. I thought I would need knee surgery. My son- in- law suggested orthotics, and I found these on Amazon. I noticed immediate relief and after 5 days the pain was gone. Over-pronation hurts, and these corrected it.

They were ok to were not to much support on my heel. Which is what I need the most support since I used them on my work boots. I’m on my feet all day climbing roof and they didn’t give me the support on my heel like I need it only but for arch support the were good.

Best insoles in the market!! Support you can really feel. My lower back pain is gone, I couldn’t be happier :)
