Stunning designs that show a high degree of skills. If you are interested in Royal icing this is one for you, either to emulate or just to gaze at and wish you could.

some works in this book are not very neat, but it worth to have it for my collection, good for beginners.

A book that is still worth having in your library, although some of the styles are a little old fashioned now.

A really nice book and contains one or two techniques that I really haven't seen anywhere else.

This is an old book, but my Daughter had gotten it out of the library of her culinary school and loved it, so we ordered it for her for christmas. Shipping was speedy and the book was in good shape.

Not what I expected. Sugar craft to me is thing made out of sugar like houses and boats. This was a cake decorating book and wish it had been titled differently.
