I was hesitant on buying because I was worried it would look cheap. But they don’t! They look modern, have some weight to them and updated the look in our bathrooms. It was also really easy to install.

The other fixtures in our bathroom have square bases. We use these for our hand towels over by the sink. Easy to slip towels back in place without having to thread thru a ring. They take up less space han a ring style also.

This item was just as described and goes perfectly with the rest of my black matte, square bathroom accessories. The biggest drawback for me was screwing the set screw back in to attach the toilet paper holder to the wall. Due to my age, my fingers don't work so well (arthritis), so it took me forever to get the Allen wrench in proper position to screw the set screw back into place. Once I got through that procedure, the item is very sturdy and looks great. So I would recommend, except be prepared for a frustrating half hour spent on trying to get the Allen wrench in the right place to screw the set screw - if you're like me with arthritis in your fingers!
