I own a couple of other Comfier products . One for my lower back and one for my neck but things have progressed so that I felt I needed an all purpose, easy to use massager.My reaction to the first massage was "wow".I put the massager on a wingback chair, plugged it in and haven't moved since. Not only does the massage help my back and neck but I find that for me it also provides such support that I don't have to use my lumbar pillow when I sit in that chair so it is now where I do my reading too ( with or without the massager on).

I have had this massager for several months, and I hardly ever use it. It's big, clunky and heavy, although it is nice to have around in a pinch if I am really sore and achy. It doesn't fit very well into any of my chairs. And the back is much too tall for me (I am 64" tall). So, it doesn't reach the spots on my shoulders that need massaging the most, unfortunately. If you are a taller person, even by just a couple of inches, I would recommend this product, but for petite people, it's not the best. And yes, I have the neck adjusted to its lowest level of reach. If shoulder pain is your issue, look for something specific for that. This is better for lower and mid back massage.

I freaking love this!! It works amazing… it feels better than going to a nail salon in those chairs haha
