Only had the product for a week and it does as described. My feet do feel so much better. I do stand on concrete all day long with my retail job. I did developed plantar fasciitis about three months ago and nothing was helping. This did bring relief so I can walk around my home after work. Still hurts at work, not a cure, unless it takes a while to see results ( don’t know yet) but at least I can walk around after I spend 15 minutes massaging my feet. It also allows me to massage my lower legs as well, which feels nice. Thus far I’ve only have been using the lowest setting, because it is strong on my feet. And the directions does say to start at the lowest setting then when ready can increase the intensity.

The media could not be loaded. So far this is really helping with my plantar fasciitis that has just recently started to bother me. I love a great foot massage regardless so this tool is helping my pain relief but also is very relaxing. Having the ability to set it up for my calves has also been lovely which you can't get with other models that have the enclosed foot boxes. The only challenge I have (and it is a small one that I'm sure I can resolve) is that it tends to slide around on carpet. Also, when I try to push my foot into the roller balls for more pressure the arm sometimes collapses which can really kill the chill vibe but all in all it's not a big deal. :) PS - my teen daughter does not hate it either nor do any of her friends, haha! I highly recommend the product and I love that they have a great warranty and customer service outreach as well.
