Very impressed with this soy milk! I've been trying to find a reliable, high-protein soy milk that isn't loaded with artificial preservatives, sugar, and additives for a few years. In walks Eden Soy. Tastes delicious on its own and love that there's literally TWO ingredients - water and soy beans. This milk is also an excellent option for home baristas looking for non-dairy options for espresso/tea beverages and it froths surprisingly well at a lower temperature setting with a pinch of baking soda.

The best for coffee or tea that I have found. No additives, just soybeans and water. Creamy taste and does not separate when added to hot liquids.

Excellent. Great flavor, higher protein and lower carbs than other brands.

This is the perfect, soy-only, no added gums or sugar alternative milk. It also hot-froths beautifully. Just a bit of caution for those switching to no gum plant-based milks…you cannot pour cold soy milk into a hot beverage, it will separate. But hot-froth? Just look at that foam!The only downside? Amazon shipping / warehouse and delivery. Expect to get damage at some point in shipping. You can decide if the price is worth it long-term. Too bad for the product though, because it is pretty perfect otherwise. But you cannot separate the product from the shipping because the product is not returnable.

A nutritionist recommended this to me years ago and I have now started using it for my cappuccinos. I like the taste and it doesn’t have to be refrigerated until you open it.
