This is a great women's multivitamin regardless of whether or not you are expecting! I love that it includes Omega-3 and that it's Vegan and doesn't contain any nasty fillers or junk. They taste great and so easy to take!! No pills, no choking, just yummy goodness! I'm hoping the biotin helps with hair and nail growth too, but it's too early to tell. Will definitely continue taking!

Flavor is fine, doesn't have the super fishy smell or taste that some prenatals have. But it does have quite the potent vitamin smell. They taste like a gummy vitamin, they're not terrible tasting, their texture is great.

YUM! This is a delicious product! I started taking them a few days ago, and they are easy on the stomach too. They taste so good that I have to carefully count out 4 so that I don’t take too many 😂 I also take a low dose iron supplement since this prenatal doesn’t have iron in it.The only reason why I am taking off one star is because these have a sliiiight smell that reminds me of the liquid, pink strep throat medication that I took as a kid.My husband and SIL loved that medication and its smell, and I hated it so I guess it depends on the person. It is very subtle, so I’m hoping it doesn’t make me feel sick if I am blessed enough to get pregnant!
