Two Greedy Italians Eat Italy Hardcover – Illustrated, 12 April 2012

I enjoyed both series of 'Two Greedy Italians' and bought the books to try out the recipes. They have proved a real favourite in our house because there are lots of simple but delicious recipes, that don't require lots of complex ingredients or time to cook. Like the first book, this one has interesting text (I wouldn't normally read a cookbook in this way!) and cultural insights, as well as very clear instructions. I also really appreciate that there are clear photos of every recipe. Highly recommended!

As a devotee of all good italian things i recently recieved this latest offering from those two greedy italians, having arrived earlier than expected from Amazon i was able to enjoy this culinary delight almost at once, having prised it away from Paul who is himself a chef and who was staying with my family for a few days looks like i will have to order another copy, this book immediatly took me back to many of the places that i have visited over the past few years in Italy the people and the food and wine and stunning scenary while touring on my Ducati motorcycle,we got the wine out and looked for a good recipe and got down to work for the evening meal, congratulations once more for bringing another stunning book from GENARO & ANTONIO.

Bought this after watcing the hilarious TV series - which is a must see ifyou can get hold of it. The recipes are easy to make, traditional with a modern twist, great if you italian food and want to spice it up a bit

I bought this for a friend who usually cooks middle eastern food. We were invited round to a meal recently and most of the items on the very vast menu were taken from this book: and they were fantastic! Apparently it is very easy to follow. I may even be tempted to buy it for myself!

A very nice and attractive book. Many pictures of appealing italian dishes which sveryone can try cooking for his family and friends. The item arrived quickly and in good condition. Thanks.

Great recipes, easy to follow, , I've tried a few, they are quick and easy, so if you need a Italian cook book on your shelf this is the one and it was at a unbeatable price.

Onces again another great book from our loveable Italian ChefsBought Two Greedy Italians and had to buy this, as the two greedy italians is well used and thumbed!Saw the program and had to have the book.Once again excellent photography's of Italy,Lots of very good write ups of their trip around ItalyThe recipes very simple to do, which I like.Cacciucco Fish Soup Stew, lots of different fish & shell fish can be added to this, what every you can get, the tasty is yummy, lots of fresh bread to dip into it.Tortino al Cioccolato Caldo ( warm min chocolate puddings)so simple to make and a favourite hereSpaghetti alla Pizzaiola (Spaghetti with Pizzaiola sauce) grandchildren's favouriteraspberry & Lemon Ice Cream, another family favourite.Again I could go on and on, But buy the book and try them yourself

Carluccio and Contaldo are the best thing to come out of Italy since Pasta. They are an awesome pair who should be given a permanent prime time spot on the TV. Fantastic recipies easily explained with a few anecdotes and snippets thrown in by the Italian duo. La prima negli alimenti!
