Great, relatively cheap phone.
Great, fast delivery. As I'm not too keen on typing via a touch screen, this was the phone for me. The qwerty keyboard makes typing effortless and the touch screen to scroll/click/etc is just fine. The biggest problem with Blackberry devices was that they didn't have a great deal of good apps. This phone, however, supports Android apps, as well as Blackberry.Just download Amazon's Android app store app and voila! Instant access to Android apps on your blackberry.Sound quality during calls is great and the phone is the ideal size. The camera (not sure on the exact technical details) is one of the clearest I've seen on a smartphone. If you're looking for a good price on a phone, or if you hate typing on a touchscreen. This is the phone for you.

everything in box except the phone no feed back from supplier.gave 1 star for speed of delivery, none for the rest.
Opened package and found all the charging and instructions for the phone but no phone. The box was not damaged. No feedback.

OS10 is... erm... different
As a corporate Blackberry user for many years, I decided it was time to upgrade to a new one as my 8250 curve was beginning to fall apart... again!I like blackberries because it interfaces with our Lotus Notes mail system... except this one doesn't. I like the way that the calendar and contacts are shared with the work's system... except this one doesn't.Blackberry's are great corporate work tools, except this one isn't.I like it as a phone though. It is a little bit bigger than the curves and that makes the keyboard better to use. The screen is crisp, clear and overall, very responsive. However, due to blackberry's total change in direction, including completely rewriting the desktop connector programme and dropping all the reasons why a very large proportion of people buy them, this one is now the 2nd phone and the iPhone 4 is now the work phone.Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. The supplier was 'okay'. It took a lot longer to arrive than expected but it was new, boxed and complete so 'woteva'.

This is a great phone. Bit hard to get used to at first changing back from a Windows phone but really glad I did. Keyboard is excellent as is the Blackberry Hub idea which once you get the hang of it is really great, especially if you have multiple e-mail accounts. Screen is clear and I personally am not bothered it is smaller or should I say squarer than most phones. Camera is nice too. And to be away from the awful Zune player is just brilliant. Syncing with Bluetooth is a breeze to the car multimedia system [Toyota]. Downloading BBC Podcasts is also dead easy. For me as a business tool it is great. For what it does is cheap as well at c.£160

Q5 - a great compramise!
Having tried a couple of iPhones and a new Sony xperioa, I just had enough of short battery life, software freezes, incompatibilities and a myriad of other issues. Having owned a bold previously and coped with a querty keyboard, and having been discouraged from the Q10 or the all-swipe Blackberry, I opted for the Q5 having read many reviews. I love it - took mere minutes to set up, no glitches, bluetooth's without problems, typing is a joy and I am expecting an extended battery life from it unlike my 22hr xperia. I agree that this particular model is not aimed at the business market but as a combination of keyboard and touch screen, it's a winner.

Blackberry Q5
A good solid phone with comfortably large keyboard. Found it hard to get it into action but when you do it is worth all the effort.A bit confusing to use at first as I am told that it is a Blackberry with Android operator system! I don't know if this is in fact correct.Wish BB could get back into the limelight as I feel that some of the problems with this phone is that blackberry have not got enough weight in the market to give the same sort of support to users as they used to.

fantastic phone
i've always been a blackberry fan, and this was an upgrade to my 8900, it arrived sooner than expected which was great! the phone is smooth with no lags that i have noticed, the blackberry 10 os is a great improvement over the previous os's and the combination of the qwerty keyboard and touch screen is great! 5/5 great phone one of the best blackberry's so far just need the app store to be update with fresh content.
