These are really great luggage tags! So far I've found a them to be durable, and the bright color makes it very easy for me to spot my luggage. I like that they come with stainless steel wire rings to keep them securely attached. These were definitely worth the money to me.

I recently took my first airplane trip, and I had no idea about marking my luggage for easy visibility when it comes out on the luggage conveyor belt.Being my first trip, my wife and I split her luggage from a nice set she owned, so the suitcase I used was black with no distinguishing features.I had put my name and info on the tag and installed it so my zippers were secured together.I hadn't considered how the BRIGHT GREEN was going to make my bags easier to distinguish for myself. I actually would have been up a creek without it--just a black suitcase, I would have had to guess!The tags are a leather or leather-like material with a plastic window on one side and an embossed AIRPLANE shape on the back. They come with a metal cable that screws together so TSA won't have to break or cut it if they need to inspect--which indeed happened to me. The agent appears totally familiar with the mechanism and took it off without any issues.However, I myself had some issues:one of the metal cables had the screw-down clasp not properly put together, so it came all apart and I had to find my own bit of cord to attach it.the pouch is TIGHT and it's difficult to slide the paper card with your info back inside.The card material is glossy and slightly hydrophobic, which means felt-tipped pens or markers smear very easily.Other than that, these pretty much saved me a lot of grief. And like I said, TSA removed mine without any fuss whatsoever--job well done.An enthusiastic 4 out of 5 stars!

These luggage tags look great and performed well on a recent trip. I would rate them five stars if they didn't hide the contact information. Now you might be thinking, it's great to hide your personal information, which is a nice security feature. The issue arises because someone must know they need to remove the tag entirely from your bag and open the little pouch containing your information. That puts a lot of faith in the person who found your bag to know this needs to occur as well as follow through with it, while not losing the now detached tag.
