This is a literal game changer! The pressure feels wonderful and helps to block out more light. The coolness of it on its own is good for headaches.I will say that refrigeration makes the cooling effect stronger (obviously) and feels great except on my eyes. They do end up getting a bit too cold. I’ve resorted to covering my eyes with cotton rounds and then putting on the cap if it’s been refrigerated.

As a frequent migraine flyer this has been the best purchase ever for me! The cold compression on the head is so helpful. It covers the eyes too so when light sensitivity hits that’s amazing. Helps with pain relief and is stretchy enough to fit my head, my husbands and a great ice pack for other uses if needed too.

I like the feeling of the material and the cool ess of the gel. I find that it is cool even without putting it in the freezer. But the freezer or fridge does last longer for coolness then. My only thing is it is about tight on the eyes. Otherwise everything else is amazing and I wish I had gotten sooner. Easy to put on. Works well enough for me

This item really helps ease some of the discomfort from my migraines. It's like a very cool, squishy, perfect pressure hug around my main sensitive zones (eyes, ocular orbital bones, temples, brows, bridge of nose, and forehead). It distributes the pressure of the 'hug' evenly so it's not too tight. The cooling sensation is like a balm. Resting in my favorite quiet and dark space with my snuggly blankets and wearing this is mandatory headache care for me now.

Pretty good for anxiety attacks and headaches. Colder than I thought so I don’t put it on fully sometimes. Keep in a ziplock bag to keep it not stinky, unless you’re into that kind of thing.

Nicely made thick material. Works great as a mask and as a general ice pack for any part of the body. Price is great no worries of ice melting and leaks, easy to use as it gets cold quickly. One size seems to fit all and it fits as it should and is comfortable with a headache.
