2-Ply Paper Construction; Typical (30) Gallon Size; Water Resistant, Not Waterproof; Bulk Count
Capable?Yes, these are capable bags that hold what they claim, (30) gallon size.Time to breakdown?Do I have an idea of how long they will take to breakdown? No. Is it noted anywhere? No. However, considering they are grocery bag like Kraft paper, not long I would venture to say.Maximum use?Is there a recommended maximum use? Other than a fill to line, not really.Type of use?Lawn clippings, leaf debris, and I also use these for other organic matter, such as trimmings from bushes and tree limbs.Maximum weight? There is no reference, however, I stuff these with pounds and pounds of debris. Dry debris, like tree limbs, I would venture to say (30) pounds, if moved carefully. Wet clippings could compromise the bag, it’s paper, to rip. But for the most part, the fill line, which is about to 85% of the bag height, works. Are they waterproof? No. But they are water resistant. They frequently get hit with water spray and rain, dry out, and they are as good as if never wetted. However, if I believe rain is in the forecast, I do not stack these as heavy, as they will tear if overweighted and heavily saturated. But it’s not often.Ply?2-Ply bags, which means they are like a doubled-up grocery bag.Noisy?Yes, they are crinklier loud than a soft quiet – when dry.Can they rip?Yes. Aggressive use and/or removal causes rips.Weight?I weighed these in at just over a (½) a pound per bag – the ensemble of (30) bags weigh in around (18) pounds.# of bags? How many in a bundle? (30) count – which is about 6x greater in quantity than a typical pack of these bags. How about size? They comply with what seems to be the industry standard of (30) gallon size. Are these perfect? For me? No. However, they are comparable to other similar bags, which are, in my eyes, equally not perfect, because these can tear.Any certifications?I do not see any. There are organizations that certify compostable products. I did not see such here.Resealable packaging? No. These did arrive sealed; however, they are a shrink-wrapped bundle.Material used?Paper, I did not notice if there was any recycled content or FSC certified.Other uses?Yes, only limited by one’s imagination.Value.I thought they worked well; the price is more premium in price for the bundle, rather than bargain based, for my wallet, but that, in part, is the cost to care for the environment, eliminating plastic. Further, it’s the convenience involved here. There is a price for convenience. Further, I will not reduce my opinion surrounding cost, I knew that prior to selecting. If I thought too expensive, I would not have selected only to complain.Country of origin?Made in USA, per the listing.RatingFor me these, after considering the above, are five (5) stars.I hope my thoughts added a wee bit of information.

strong bags
Our local store has pretty flimsy bags. These were much better, they didn't tear.

Proudly made in USA
The most refreshing part about these 30 Gallon Lawn & Leaf Bags by Necessia is the made in USA label. And these are constructed of thick, heavy duty paper-stock. Twice as thick as the standard paper grocery bag. No need to worry about these coming apart or being punctured by small sticks. They are well made and H-E-A-V-Y!! I was surprised at the weight of the 30 bag package. These are a 30 gallon capacity. By comparison, I placed one bag next to a tall kitchen waste basket so you can see how large they are.If you live in the city and need containers for your yard waste, you can't go wrong with these bags. Great for your curbside paper recycling pickup as well.Support American jobs while buying a quality made product that's perfect for your needs.

Nice bag
This is your typical, heavy duty lawn bag. Perfect for filling with grass clippings, trimmings, leaves or anything else around the yard. The bags arrived in good condition with no tears or other issues. They are a nice quality, able to be stuffed without tearing and perform well. Thumbs up!

Perfect
The 2-ply design is sturdy and handles heavy loads of leaves and garden debris without tearing. I’ve filled them to the brim a few times, and they’ve held up well. The eco-friendly aspect is a big plus, and I appreciate that they’re biodegradable, making them a great choice for reducing environmental impact. My only minor issue is that the bags can be a bit tough to open at first, but once they’re open, they’re easy to fill and manage.Overall, they’re a solid choice for yard waste collection. If you’re looking for durable and environmentally friendly bags, these are definitely worth a try!

I use them for shredded paper
The recycler for my condo won't take shredded paper unless it is bagged. They won't take it in plastic trash bags. So, I use these extra-large paper bags to contain my shredded paper because the recycler does take paper. Each bag is 2ply and hefty. I fill a bag once every month or two so these will last me awhile. At the current price of $1.33ea, a good value.

Will come in handy this fall
I received these lawn and leaf bags as an Amazon Vine Voice participant. They appear to be standard quality yard waste bags similar to the ones we used when we lived in the city.We currently pay for a yard waste service that runs from April through November. They furnish us with a large yard waste container, and we are required to use this type of bag for any extras. These bags will come in handy, especially this fall when we have to get the leaves out to the curb. For the weight of the bags, these are on the expensive side to purchase.

Strong Bags
First, know that I'm reviewing the product, not the price, because it can vary wildly on AMZ. You can see what other reviews say about price. These bags are a bit thicker and therefore I think stronger than those I've got from Big Box DIY like the depot or the lowes. I have had zero issue with tears and I've used about a dozen thus far. Even small twigs didn't puncture them. All said, they are a good, strong bag that I would recommend. Thanks!
