This lavendar was very nice. First time purchasing something like this. I made a lavendar simple syrup to use in cocktails or tea. Turned out fabulous. Would definitely buy again.

I used these to infuse fresh honey, and even after a short amount of time (simmering 20-30 mins) you could really taste the difference. The honey-lemon-mascarpone tarts that resulted, tasted delicious. I'm excited to try a longer infusion, and more recipes!

I think these are nice and very good quality lavender buds. I have used a couple of other Kate Naturals products and those are also very good quality products. I used the Lavender Buds in a Hot Vanilla steeped tea of these lavender buds and combined with some whole cloves and a little bit of basil leaves and also in an equal ratio of some Oolong tea. That's a tea that I really like and these are really quite good with the combination of blended vanilla flavors that I chose to go along with them and with the Oolong tea combination. There is enough for me to make two different tea blends and so I look forward to having an orange peel and cloves variant with some vanilla and Oolong and also combined with some Black Tea for a 2x2 set of those variants. Anyways, they are real good. Thank You!
