Zulus HD Digital Day/Night Vision Scope with Infrared and Laser Rangefinder & Ballistic Calculator

Carefully read the instructions and familiarize yourself with the basic operating functions and you will not have any issues programming and operating your scope. First off compared to the ATN 4K this thing is light and small once set up I I was super impressed with its performance clear and crisp imaging and the auto recording feature is flawless! But the range finder and ballistic calculation is better than the ATN ! And the enhanced PIP feature is awesome if you have tired eyes like me. Big heads up as soon as you get your battery charged go ahead and link it to your phone app and update the firmware because if you set it up first you will loose your settings after you update the firmware. Also the firmware addresses some finicky setup button issues. All in all it’s worth every penny.

I have to say that this digital optic is well worth the money. The learning curve is not that bad and the features are better than expected. Image quality is very good but does degrade slightly at max zoom. The night vision is pretty good and battery life is impressive. The range finder and POI adjustment was spot on once the ballistic information is entered. At this price point, you won't find a better digital optic.

This is a great one stop do all scope! Very well made with durable materials and obvious quality. Day vision is clear with good color, reticle is easy to understand and has several color options. Night vision is very clear with none or adjustable levels of the IR illuminate.Rangefinder works beautifully and is spot on. Easily replaceable 18360 battery for power and they include 2. Strong and stable mount.I use mine on an AR in 5.56 and it is a blast!I am very pleased with my purchase. I have had several weapon mounted night vision optics and for the money, this one beats them all. Small size is great, clear images, easy zero, great range finding, what else do you need?!?!

If you need more than 100 yards then this is the scope for you. Ballistic calculator is excellent. Clear and almost too bright. Easy to one shot zero which is a big saver. If you need ranging get this if not the standard is just as awesome.

This is a whole lot of scope for the money. I am very impressed so far. The app and the ballistic calculator are very well done and pretty accurate. The night scope and IR light are pretty impressive as well. I had it out in complete darkness in a very remote area. And with the right conditions, I would be comfortable with being able to identify a target out to about 400 yards. However, I did notice that if you have items in the foreground with the IR light on, they will wash out the image or if it's in auto mode it will compensate to see the foreground objects but will darken anything in the distance. The solution to that is to position yourself so that there are no objects in the foreground.The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the reticle is very, very fine in the scope. It looks amazing on the video when it's on a larger screen, but in the scope, it's very fine and difficult to see. I had to change the more bulky duplex reticle or the small cross in the middle in order to see the reticle.A wish and an upgrade to a new scope model in the future is an auto-focus scope. Having to manually focus at each distance is a chore. The good news is that outdoors at a decent shooting distance, the focus doesn't change too much.

There is just one thing that bothers me about this scope. When sighting in a target that is in the shade and there is a lighted area adjacent or behind, the target gets lost in the shadows. I don't know a lot about how the electronics manage the contrast of the shaded areas when there is light in other places. Besides this issue, I like the scope a lot. It is lightweight, has sharp image quality, good image and sound on recording, good illuminator, battery life is good, and the ballistic calculator is amazing. After inputting your particular ballistic data, the scope does the calculating to put your shot on target. Push the laser rangefinder button to range the target, push again for the solution and the crosshairs adjust for elevation automatically. It is pretty damn close and my friends say I'm cheating. Worth every dollar. Would recommend.
