Besides White China, this is some of the worse things you could put up your nose. But it does the job. It lets me sleep. It gives me relief while I hunt in the sage brush. It clears my nasal passage for enough time that I can get the chores done on my property. My ENT says I’m destroying my sinuses but nothing he has prescribed has helped and says I don’t need a second surgery. So Vicks it is!

Great product I only use one puff in each nostril and in 10 minutes. I breathe perfectly clear.

Best spray hands down! This one doesn't smell as strong as their original Vick's version (blue color).

Works well at first but after awhile it won't work at all. it's like your nose gets addicted to it and it will no longer work. I do not recommend.

If you have allergies, dry nose or live in the desert this is a must. It works perfectly, is non addictive and can be used throughout the day.

I have fibromyalgia. When I have my flare ups I always have flu like symptoms. Sinex stops the annoying sneezing, sinus headaches and stuffy nose in less than a minute. I highly recommend this product to all women who have fibromyalgia!

It works great just don't over use because it can make the problem worse.
