Works as described, easy install, fair price

Great choice to compliment my new kitchen & breakfast area! Very easy to install, bright & modern...was able to choose the color (by settings) to match the existing recess lighting in the adjacent living area. Good value for the price of 2-Lights.

Just arrived and put it up in about half an hour. Plenty of light and easy to install. My only complaint was the light was in mfgs' box, and not packed in another cardboard. It is too fragile to send out like that and Amazon should have done better job to protect it for shipping.

Our house is almost 25 years old now so it was originally built with many installed incandescent light fixtures. Installing LED replacement bulbs in them is fine, but they never last as long as they should because the enclosed space in the fixture retains enough heat to eventually weaken the relatively cold-soldered (in manufacturing) joints inside the bulb in many cases.I picked this light because it has a neutral style that easily blends with a house that is older. Equally important, I picked it because of its great price point. It turns out that it is also excellent quality!This ceiling fixture has a metal base plate with a nicely-spaced ring of permanent LEDs (enough for 24 watts) inside, thus it should run cool in operation and last a long time. It mixes LED colors to offer switchable color temperatures from 3000K (bright indoor) to 6000K (outdoor sun) for the fixture. I selected 3000K for indoors but offices, bathrooms, or other situations often find another color temperature more appealing. The light is bright at any color temperature.Installation takes about 10-15 minutes per light if you already have a fixture in your ceiling. There are easy insert-and-turn holes in the fixture for both standard box spacing and the slightly narrower spacing on some box mounting brackets.The opaque plastic lens for the light fits easily and perfectly squarely, giving it a high quality look when combined with the nice quality metal ring and base.The light sits nicely-flush to the ceiling as long as the box inside is behind the ceiling's surface.I'm really pleased with the ease of installation, operation, visual style and quality. At this price point it is an excellent value!

I used this to replace a 20 year old ceiling light fixture in the laundry room. It installed easily. It is very bright. Energy use id much lower than the fixture it replaced. Looks good, and works great. I liked it so much, I bought a second one for a different location.

Was not blown away by the quality of these light fixtures, but they are bright and do light the room well
