Very easy to build up

The media could not be loaded. I'm really happy with this Outdoor Retractable Pergola! It's literally transformed by backyard into my own little relaxation oasis. It was super easy to set up and use too. The arched design looks really stylish, and the brown color blends in perfectly with my backyard and decor.The retractable sun shade canopy is a lifesaver on hot days. It provides just the right amount of shade, and I love that I can adjust it to different positions to suit the sun's angle. Nothing is more annoying than the sun glaring right into your eyes.The aluminum construction feels really sturdy and durable, so I know it will last for years and it's rust resistant as well. It provides plenty of coverage without taking up too much space in my backyard. It's made my backyard so much more enjoyable. I love it!

La tela del techo cuando hay aire y lluvia se mueve y se emposa el agua haciendo una bolsa que hace k se unida el techo y las barillas k sostienen los costados han hecho k se deteriore la costura donde van las mismas cada ves k llueve tengo k mover el techo para sacar el agua y enderezar las varillas y ajustar la lona del techo por lo demás la estructura es buena y fuerte podía darle 3 estrellas pero le di 4 por la fortaleza de la estructura que se sostiene fuertemente

The quality is good, but the fabric has holes in it so the rain drips in which defeated the purpose. Maybe I should have read the description better, I don't know. We are happy with it though, it is sturdy and has survived several windstorm. The biggest headache isreleasing the water when it collects. the fabric droops down and we have to take a stick with a cloth on the end to push all the water off.

Poor design. I’m disappointed. The instructions were easy to follow, all parts there and well identified. It does take some time to put it together. There is a major design problem. The horizontal parts that hold the fabric come apart in the wind. The parts that are intended to hold the horizontal rails to the vertical rails are totally useless. The fabric panel starts sliding up and down on the vertical rails and then the center of the horizontal rails comes apart. The only way to release the fabric is to take apart the vertical rails with the Allen wrench, not easily done in the wind, but two us is did manage to get it off before the whole thing was ruined.I’d send it back but after two days of putting it together I don’t want to take the whole dam thing apart. Ugh! So now it sits there with no shade cloth. I’m trying to think of ways to make it work and what can I do to prevent damage and make it function. I really don’t want to put the top back on just to see it get wrecked. There is no way to do a quick release of the top. Maybe if the fabric were mesh instead of solid it would be less affected by the wind (not something I can do). Perhaps bungee cords or cord ties would be better to hold it down than the useless screws -part”U”. 😒It needs a re-design.

We really like the quality of the pergola and the Great customer service. We are really enjoying our new pergola.

Easy installation but when you get it put together it’s only 8x11 not 10x 13 but the top is 10x 13 which is all good
