A Lifesaver for Busy Moms: Nutritious Meals Made Simple
As a first-time mom, I was feeling overwhelmed when it came to introducing solid foods to my baby. I started using Feeding Tiny Bellies when my daughter was 6 months old, and it has been a lifesaver ever since. I’ve printed and stored the recipes in a binder, often mentioning to my husband how amazing it would be if they were available in a cookbook. What I love most about these recipes is that they cater to various dietary preferences and offer storage options—something that’s incredibly helpful for a busy working mom like me. Meal prep time is limited during the week, so being able to prepare and store nutritious meals in advance is key. Plus, knowing that I'm reducing my daughter’s exposure to the dyes and additives found in store-bought meals gives me peace of mind.If you haven’t purchased the Feeding Tiny Bellies cookbook yet, I highly recommend it! It’s an incredible resource, offering simple, healthy meals for little ones while making mealtime less stressful for parents. Whether you’re just starting with solids or looking for family-friendly meals, this book will make meal prep easy and give you confidence in the nutrition you're providing.Feeding Tiny Bellies has been the most helpful resource in ensuring I provide my child with wholesome meals. The variety of recipes and thoughtful planning make it easy for me to feel confident in the nutrition I’m offering my family.

Best book for family meals, EVER! Simple, inexpensive, flavorful, healthy recipes
No exaggeration - I cried tears of joy and relief when I came across "Feeding Tiny Bellies Cookbook" (FTBC). I am the mother of a one-year-old and also a professional who works full-time, and have very little time to spend each day cooking healthy family meals. I became panicked once my daughter's daycare said that she was moving up to a new classroom where she would need packed lunches every day. I scoured the internet and came across so many recipes that seemed to involve endless ingredients - most of which I don't have - and countless steps (read time-consuming). When I came across Lily's blog, and then this book, I literally cried tears of relief. This book contains TONs of recipes (for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, sides, snacks) using a lot of the same ingredients that you would find around your kitchen. That, coupled with the fact that most of the recipes involve a handful of steps. The recipes are healthy (think single ingredients) but are tasty and flavorful for both children and adults. Trust me, my husband usually recoils at the sight of vegetables but so far, he has loved everything I have made from FTBC - especially the taco chili and chicken fajitas. My baby too! I have never been a big cook, but have tried to learn now that I have children. This book is a God-send. I have cooked more in the past two months since I purchased this book than I have in my entire life. That's how easy it is! Lily also gives you detailed instructions on how to reheat food if stored in the refrigerator or freezer, which is super helpful in case you want to make a surplus of meals to freeze. No exaggeration - this book is life-changing. And this is coming from someone who had maybe a total of 2-3 cookbooks in her life. I am not a cookbook person. But I find myself coming back to FTBC almost every day and definitely every week when I look for meal ideas for the following week. With this book, eating healthy, tasty meals does not have to be hard or expensive. This book has something for every palate. So if you're contemplating buying this book - just buy it! I promise you that you won't regret it. I only hope she comes out with more cookbooks.

Best Baby/Toddler Cookbook ever!
If I could give this book 100/10, I would. There are so many amazing recipes, for every meal of the day and it is extremely user friendly and easy to follow. What was extremely important to me was that many of the meals could be considered family meals, so that made making my toddler lunch or dinner easier. And best of all: every single recipe that I have tried was delicious for both my toddler and I. If you're looking for some help with feeding your baby/toddler, get it!
