This mat is exactly what I needed for my home gym. It has the perfect combination of cushion and firmness—soft enough to protect my joints, but firm enough to give me stability for every move. I’ve been using it for all my P90X workouts (plyo, cardio, yoga, weights—you name it), and it’s held up beautifully. No slipping, no bunching, and it’s wide enough that I’m not constantly stepping off the edge mid-exercise. Great quality, super durable, and well worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone doing high-impact workouts at home!

We bought this to do cardio workouts in our home gym, primarily to protect the beautiful hardwood floors. It works great!- The mat does not slip once laid out on the hardwood floors- It is easy to roll over to clean and shine the floors (but it is heavy!!)- It is very durable. The second pictures shows all the scuffs from the weights and shoes. It definitely protects our floors and holds up to abuse. You can use a damp rag to clean then.- It provides fantastic traction when wearing work out shoes for exercise like mountain-climbersOf note, we wish we got a bigger size. This mat is tight for two people to workout at the same time. If you are tall (I am 6'00"), you will barely fit in width-wise when doing some exercises. Great so far. Really nice looking

When I read the reviews I was scared because of the price and I've already ordered it but now since I had it in my home; I don't know where those bad reviews came from but I had no problems thus far except my daughter dropping and spilling food and drinks on it but it clean up very well, no ability to absorb moisture (waterproof), No black stuff on my floor or anything. It's very large (area rug) ,thick and durable. Lays perfectly over hardwood floors (except for when it first arrived rolled up in a box, I had to put weights on the corners to flatten it out). You do have to pay attention to the packaging to know what side your laying down but it was easy. I love it we walk all over it daily.

The mat was shipped in it original storage bag and with UPS dragging the roll around, it caused a great rip to it upon delivery. Surprisingly, the mat was perfectly fine! I didn’t want to go through the hassle of having to order replacement and returning the entire thing so I contacted the seller GXMMAT through here to see if they can just send me a replacement bag. I received a response within a day and Zoe worked with me to correct the issue. Great service experience and their willingness to work together to resolve the issue.So far the mat is working out good. It’s thick and is durable since it survived all that delivery dragging and didn’t get any damage to that area. My son uses it for his remote martial art classes that has lots of warm up exercises. He doesn’t slip and the mat stays put on top of my rug. When I use it for my cardio workout, there is enough cushion so that my sit-ups doesn’t hurt but it’s hard enough to jump around without losing balance. The only issue now is, maybe I should’ve gotten a bigger size.Update: after using it without gloves and sneakers, I find myself sliding when doing certain workouts like in and outs, walking planks or plank jacks due to having moist hands and feet.

I began a home workout program and the more I used it, the more I began to get concerned about my carpet. I chose this mat based on previous reviews and price. I am not disappointed. It comes with a storage bag and three straps that you can use to keep the mat rolled up when not in use. It also comes with gloves, but I found that they constrict my wrist more than I prefer for my workout needs. I received a promotion that also allowed me to receive an additional mat free of charge and it stays in the game room for when my children play just dance. No more worrying about them wearing out the carpet! I’ve owned my first mat for about two months and have been happy with the comfort and durability so far. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mat to protect their floor in a exercise setting.

I bought this to put under my kettle bells as to not damage my floor. The bells will leave a small impression, I have double 80s so it's expected, but if I move them the mat bounces back in under 10 minutes maybe, haven't noticed any permanent compression yet and I leave my bells on it 24/7.

It’s a solid mat that works well on my wood floors. I can run and hop on it without the fear of slipping and it doesn’t shred like a yoga mat did when I do cardio. I did p90 and turbo fire on it without slipping or ripping it. It also add a little cushion and muffles to sound. It came in a nice portable nylon bag if you plan to roll it up after. It also came with some weight lifting gloves that fit nicely. I would recommend
