Everything I hoped it would be 😍 (almost)
I’ve wanted this kind of bed pillow for years and finally got it in a post-op surgery recovery logistics fugue. Surprisingly, despite being the least expensive version I considered, this set is almost everything I could have asked for. The level of modularity works as advertised, it’s comfortable despite me being a relatively small person with a currently-limited range of motion, it keeps me from moving around in my sleep while still also maintaining such a comfortable posture I don’t mind. The hook and loop/velcro straps do seem to be frizzing a bit but that’s kind of their nature.Pros: cost-effective/good return on investment, good quality full stop, exceptional pain relief and convenience compared to trying to get the same coverage with random bed pillows, reasonably easy to have my caretaker use for me… and it comes with a vacuum bag it can actually be effectively packed back into for travel! Also expands remarkably fast into its full and useful form, which was a blessing given I needed the support immediately. The knee pillow works well to keep me in place comfortably so I don’t move around in my sleep and also don’t have to brace myself in risky ways to reposition, while somehow feeling pretty natural despite its size. Oh, and did I mention that it’s somehow stable enough to fit on the edge of a queen size mattress with room left for two more people despite that looking impossible at first glance?Cons: I don’t love the fact that there’s no immediately available washable cover; normal use is bad enough for thinking about the cumulative hygiene issues from something I don’t know how I’d wash, but I also have dust mite allergies and no way to encase them. Time will tell as to how manageable that is—I’ve yet to look into alternate solutions.Honestly I probably should’ve ordered this for gerd ages ago instead of playing around with other mattress-based solutions that ultimately cost more and were more unwieldy. As is, strong contender for my favorite post-op purchase and something I look forward to getting use out of after recovery; some worries about long-term care being an open questionUpdate half a year later: Definitely dissatisfied with the cover: washing it is an ordeal, no backup exists, it’s pilling, and I’m mortifyingly aware that leaving it on is unhygienic. Also have stretched the limits of what the hook and loop connectors are meant to configure into, with the usual amount of abrasion damage to the pillow. No noticeable loss of firmness/support, which is shocking from a pillow I can afford. On the one hand, I shouldn’t need to do aftermarket kludges to keep it at five stars. On the other hand, revisiting this review has reminded me that putting more effort into restoring the surface and figuring out how to pin a pillowcase I can wash to it, or *something*, will be worth it.…Maybe they’ve released a la carte pillow covers while I was healing…?

Lifesaver After Surgery
I used this wedge pillow system after surgery and it was absolutely perfect. It kept me comfortably positioned and supported so I could sleep in the right posture without constantly adjusting. It also really helped prevent back pain, which was a huge relief during recovery. The setup is easy, the material is soft, and it even comes with a convenient carrying case. Highly recommend if you’re recovering from surgery or just need proper support while resting.

Sleeping on a cloud...
"If you're happy, if you're feeling good, then nothing else matters." - Robin WrightSleep heals the body and sleep cleans the brain; therefore, a good night's sleep is essential to achieve maximum productivity. Quite impressed with the versatility and durability of this pillow set. It can be arranged to comfortably watch TV, read a book, take or nap... or snooze all night long. I rarely use the leg wedge and still can arrange the pillows in over a dozen different positions. Experiment until you find your most comfortable position. The materials seem durable and the filling is firm, yet conforming. The Camping Guru definitely recommends this pillow set for people coming out of surgery, those with an aching back and/or for any side-sleeper who wants to convert to a back-sleeper or anyone who easily falls asleep in a recliner... like me!PS: I read some of the 1-star reviews. Most of them were fairly recent and they complained that the large pillow never decompressed. Not sure why, but mine decompressed within a couple of hours (delivered Feb. 28, 2025).

High quality , medium firm very comfortable
Very comfortable, it is easy to set in many inclines. Small pillows also have individual use for head support. You can use it on the couch and bed.

Not bad for the price
The media could not be loaded. It's ok. For the price, it's an alright set. Firstly, the pillows didn't expand fully on the edges, so the cover is loose. Secondly, the zippers are not accessible - the toggles are sewn inside, so unless you want to tear it open, you can't remove the cover. Thirdly, there's no velcro on every piece so you can "adjust it" how you want, but then it just slides right down and lays flat. The memory foam is alright, not to hard, not too soft. If there was a way to keep the big pieces together, I'd have gone to 4 stars. As it is, the appearance is terrible, the application and use is terrible...the only thing saving it is the comfort of the foam. I just had a TKR so its firm enough to support your legs without caving in or you getting stuck. The velcro holding the small pillow would be great everywhere. As it is, you can put it anywhere because the big pillow has velcro sides, so it can support your head, beck or even stay in place for lumbar support...mind you, when you get up, the whole large pillow slides down and has to be held in place to get back into a sitting position. If you have help (I didn't) they can slide that pillow around until you're comfy. If you're flying solo, opt for one than has more velcro or adjustment options.*additionally, it has an odd, chemical smell. I'm going hit it with some fabric refresher and see if that works.

Reading headaches gone!
This has been the best thing I could buy to support myself to read upright. I’ve used it in bed and on the couch. The strain in my neck is gone and headaches gone tooI even use one of the longer flat pieces in bed to help elevate more comfortably which helps with sinus drainage. You can rearrange some pieces for different height.I was sold on this one cause it had the extra knee piece for the same price or cheaper than other optionsIt comes vacuumed sealed but was fully expanded for my by the end of the day. Did have a bit of a weird smell at first but it’s gone now. Also it has removable covers you can washOh and it’s got grippy on some sides so it won’t slide around
