I have ordered this ball spirometer for my son who had some respiratory issues. So now we had made this a bedtime routine and also a fun game to see how long he can hold it. After continuous use i could see improvement with his breathing. I would definitely recommend to all. It's such an easy setup and it was very much easy to clean after every use. Great product and cost effective too.

Bad quality. I have no idea why any respirometer bought online is very bad. In this one ,the balls immediately rise once you breathe in, even if you have a lung problem. You need no effort at all. Makes the entire idea of breathing exercise redundant ! I previously had a local brand which was the best. Unable to find a quality breathing exercise these days. Pls don’t play with the life of people with lung issues.
