This is a lid.
It covers a container and keeps its contents from drying out. Just like lids are supposed to.

Truly Useful
I have been making pizza on the grill for five years. I make batches of dough and put them in oiled Ziploc bags and keep them in the fridge to have a slow rise. After having used boxes and boxes of the bags, I figured it was time to find a permanent solution. I remembered the pizzeria that I grew up with (Lucy's Pizza in Yorktown Heights, NY) and the proofing pans they used. I found them on Amazon and have used them. They are a little light (aluminum) but very useful. I bought six pans and two tops.

Never sent the cover.
Pans are nice but never received the cover. Paid for the cover for the pans but never received it. Should be back in stock by now!!!
